I went out last night for the first time in ages.
I just don't know how many calories i consumed, and i'd really like to know!
I drank:
- 3 x diet coke and vodka
- 1 x sex on the beach cocktail (im not even sure whats in this!)
- 2 x blueberry shots (they looked like bright blue, like alcopop coloured)
- 1 x Vodka and small amount of blackcurrent squash
Can you give me some help? =)

I don't know the calories but it sounds like you had a time. I take 9 different meds and cannot even drink a beer it hurts my stomach to bad. I hope you head is not hurting you too bad this morning. LOL.
Are you telling me that you're undereating, and are aware, but drank all this?
This is not a healthy lifestyle. I think you'd be better off limiting yourself to a drink, two tops, and eating actual food.

I think there's something like 50 cals in a shot of vodka--so at least 200 cals in vodka. I have no idea what blackcurrant squash is (maybe another 100?) Sex on the beach probably ran you (depending on the size) around 300-500 cals cause it has pineapple and cranberry juice in it, and I'd guess 50 cals each for the blueberry shots...soooo....between 700-900 cals.
yeah, that was my estimate aswell. about 800/900.
Thats alright then.
Plus i didn't drink too much!
i think i did quite allright!
hkellick, i dont drink alcohol very much anymore.

So the birthdate in your profile is wrong? Just asking, because that's the first think that came to mind - that you're underage.
Please listen and make sure you are well nourished and healthy. We do care about you.

Yes, I see you won't be 17 until August. You're on a dangerous path and I hope you get some help soon, before you've damaged your growing body.

And i just wanted to know about calories. So please don't start n at me for underage drinking. Its not something i need right now.

I think you have bigger problems than calories.
(and p.s. last night *was* heavy drinking)
I'm only a few years older than you (21 to be exact), and I can tell you that if you aren't behaving responsibly now, you will pay for it in the future. I know you don't want to hear it, but you need to.

Really?
That was heavy drinking?
I am a responsible person, stereotype me or not, i know in myself that i am.
And i'm just having a good time, and it was the first time id been out in weeks.

I personally classify anything more than 2-3 drinks as "heavy drinking".
One of two things should have happened last night- Either you were plastered, which is EXTREMELY irresponsible. Or you were drunk, but still aware. If it was that latter, you're actions were probably influenced without you realizing it. If nothing else, you were damaging your body. Calories aside, do you understand how your body reacts to that much alcohol?
Things that will happen to you if you don't take this seriously: You'll get taken advantage of (raped, mugged, etc.). You'll hurt somebody. You'll get a DUI. You'll fail in work/school. You'll go broke. You'll have liver failure. You'll become an alcoholic. You'll die of an alcohol-related disease/accident.
If you're lucky enough to not experience one of the aforementioned yourself, I guarantee you that by the time you're 21, you'll know someone that has fallen victim to each.

do you really think im some sort of nieve child?
you don't know me, so you can't just tell me that by enjoying a few drinks i WILL get raped, i WILL be an alcoholic, i WILL die.
let me enjoy my life.

I'm not telling you that if you have a few drinks, you will die. I'm telling you that a few drinks leads to a few more drinks, which leads to drinking as a hobby/way of life, which leads to drinking on a daily basis, which leads to alcoholism.
You're right, I don't know you, but I've known plenty of girls that have gone down the same path.
And if you don't consider 7 drinks in one night to be heavy drinking, then you are naive.

We've obviously got some sort of huge culture barrier here.
