What Happen At The End of House?

I was sitting down watching the show House and BAM .. my electric cut off.. Yes I paid my bill, there was a power outage in my neighborhood....  So im wondering what happened???  The last part I saw was.. The girl who hadn't talked for years was graduating from the program, and house went into the doctors office to ask why she was graduating and he said her family was moving her at Arizona.. and bam.. it went off.. so what happened next?

He went and seen the doctor and asked for an overnight pass.  Went and seen the girl's mother and was told that they were moving to Arizona because there was no reason to stay there anymore.

Next scene House is sitting in the parking lot of the mental hospital.  Doctor tells him that he is being released the next day because House has opened himself to another person and sought out the doctors help to deal with the pain of losing someone that he cares about.

Last scene, House is blowing out a candle on his farewell cake and then he puts his head in the cake.

Next week he goes back to work.

 You forgot the part about House's roommate: he was watching House from the window as he left and he said "I want to get better too" and he finally took his meds.

Ma, I was kinda hoping House would stay there for awhile. It would be kinda cool to see him bust mental cases. The show needs a little mix up.
