I'm sure you've heard it before...but you would have had to eat 3500 calories over maintenance to gain ONE pound. You're most likely bloated from water retention because of a higher salt intake. Give yourself a week and you'll be back down.  In the mean time, lots of water to flush out the bloat, do some good cardio/weight sessions to sweat it out and don't stress.  ;)  You gotta live a little.  Just get back on track today.

i hate that its probably going to take a whole week to get back down. argggg!!

It may not take you that long.  I know for me it takes me anywhere from 4 to 7 days to get back down after a really bad weekend.  It's only a number on the scale.  Don't worry!!

I am right there with you - I am so upset this morning, and trying to be patient to weigh again tomorrow.  I was at 130.2 for the last 5 days, didn't drink even ONE beer all weekend, get on the scale this morning and it read 133.4!

AGH!!!  I stayed on track all weekend except for going over by 200 CALORIES on Saturday and Sunday.

Totally frustrated with you, hopefully tomorrow will be better news! Yell

If I have a bad weekend I just suck it up, move on, and don't weigh myself for at least a few days.  No point in hopping on the scale right away, you're only going to upset yourself with all of the water you're retaining.  Don't worry, it'll go away.  ;)

i can't wait till i get home from school to see what i weigh. hopefully it's gone down!
