What happened to all the Cliff bars!?!

ok, 7-11, walmart, and any old gas station used to always have those Cliff builders bars... for almost a month now they have vanished; no-where! i tried wawa, and k-mart too... im so sad because i had only newly discovered there awsomeness!

why have they disappeared or is it just my area?

Cuz most of them contain tainted samonelia products ....

its been all over the news for weeks.

They were one of the first products recalled because of the peanut scare.

They will come back soon, I'm sure. Depending on how heavily they depended on peanut corp. of america.

They're also put in the diet section a lot more now. I had been looking for them with the granola bars and they weren't there, but I'm pretty sure my Wal-Mart still has some in the diet section.

You may still be able to find certain flavors of the regular Clif bars. The peanut ones were recalled but AFAIK the chocolate chip and carrot cake are still being sold.
