Hi and thanks in advance for any advice.
I started out weighing about 130 (i am 5'4). I lost 11 pounds through eating very healthy. Took me a while but i got there. Well, i always thought that i would be so happy to weigh about 120. But now i am not so sure. I dont get it. I have no boobs (used to be a d--now a large b) and no butt and i still have my gross jiggly stomach. Someone please help me!!!

maintain that wt. you will see your body shape start to change a bit as your skin tightens up and your metab increases from upping your cals.
stay away from sugar totally
ideally stay away from processed carbs but at least keep it to a minimum. this will help defeat belly fat. along with walking or a bike. (medium effort = less cals burned. but more fat per cal burned)

Did you used to have nicer boobs and butt and the same stomach? If so, then why not go back? 130 is a perfectly healthy weight for you. I doubt you used to get complaints from your lovers about your stomach. (Even if so, I'd suspect the lover is at fault, and not your body).
As an aside (not directed just at you, OP): I really wish women wouldn't try to have flat or fat-free stomachs - except for a few genetic exceptions, we aren't designed for it. We have uteruses in there that make our lower bellies pooch out, and fat that is being saved for our breast milk.

Eating healthy is good but if you are not exersising already start! Weight lifing is the best for tightening everything up, plus you will get more of a butt with sqats.
I had the same problem. Although I never had much of either (bbobs & butt) after having my last baby and dropping the weight, I REALLY LOST BOTH. Unfortunately, can't change the boobs. Husband wont pay for implants :) although a good Victoria Secret bra can lift and squish as I call it. And I will also say that lunges and squats have lifted what butt I have left. It also seems to have gotten rid of some of the cottage cheese look ! Lots of lunges and a good bra, thats all you need !

i dont want to go back to 130 because i have a super round face and look chubby at 130. I even look chubby now if you just look at my face so i would rather stay at 120.
i also had a baby a year ago so maybe thats why my stomach is kinda stretched out.

Wow...that's a little scary! I'm 5'4 and sitting at 137lbs and was hoping to get to 130lbs..just be more toned though. I am a D and I dont' want to go down to a B! As annoying as the big boobs are, I like them and don't want to lose my assets! ha ha!
I agree, do lunges and squats (but check your form so you're doing them properly) for your butt and it will really help. Another one for the butt is to lie on your back with your knees up (kind of like the crunch position) and then sqeeze your butt up off the ground so that between your head and the top of your knees you've made a 45 degree angle (I hope this makes sense)! Do this slowly and lower your butt up and down, remembering to keep squeezing your butt AND abs. If you want to make it a bit harder and work the inner thigh at the same time, start it with your knees 4-6 inches apart (not wide at all), and then when you get to the top with your butt squeezed in the semi-'plank' position, squeeze your inner thighs together. You can do pulses with this. It may feel or seem a bit easy but if you do enough of them you really will feel it!
For fat loss, if you have a gym membership and you're using treadmills or ellipticals, etc, make sure to put them on fat burning mode.
Lastly, for your chest, do butterfly press with your arms with 3-5lb weights (to start). I don't think it will make your boobs bigger again, but it will tighten that area and enhance them in some way.....I hope! :)
