Ok so kinda new here and new to my diet. Had a weekend that involved a football game, some late night to early morning partying, late night cards, and sleeping until 4. my activity level was that of a corpse and i think i ate enough for four weeks if i do the math correctly. i was having such fun too. someone say something inspirational immediately or i'm gone!

oh well, you fell of the wagon! Just get back on today!! Let me tell you we have all had our bad days. I think a SMALL binge or treat once in a while keeps us going. Just think of your goal.
On the weekend i stick to my diet and calorie intake but sometimes we have friends over and go to friends house and they always have lots of snacks sitting out. i am good for most part, but i am a little more relaxed on weekends.

Hahaha...Sounds like my weekend! (Except I think I only slept until 3pm) Don't worry! Just keeping thinking about how bad you want it! That's what I do!
Hey I'm new here too, started around the same time.  I did that one weekend.  Finished off a whole meat pizza & 2-liter pepsi just for lunch alone @ 11-am.  continued on that trend again from 3pm to 3am..   BLAH..   the worst part was I felt like doing it again the next day!  I must have been over 10,000 calories that day at least.  But I realized what went on and planned the rest of my week accordingly and I still lost a 1/2 pound by the time the week was over.  I think it's because I was fairly active the next day working.

So here's what has worked for me so far...   I think you should fill out your profile and start listing journal entries.. it's actually a blog...   To get people reading, find someone else on the forums that writes in a blog and post a few replies.  Or just invite people to view your blog (Journal).    I found that when I have feedback I do much better and it's an extra incentive to actually log on to the site and enter #'s in my weight logs, etc...    It's easier than trying to find friends on MySpace.  Everyone here is very positive & supportive.
