I'm at a plateu also.  People have told me to "shake it up" by eating different foods and changing my workout.  I have tried to incorporated new recipes for daily dinners (which is hard when all my husband wants to eat is spaghetti!) and have started eating more metabolism boosting foods, like lots of protein, grapefruit and spicier foods.  I also have started a step aerobics class instead of jogging at the park everyday.  I haven't seen a change on the scale yet, though.  But I am optimistic.  Good luck to you!!

Oh, girl. I am right there with you! I have 5 lbs to loose.. and its not budging! I am super busy, and as such I nearly never workout, due to that I have a low calorie intake as to not gain anything. Now, with summer creeping in, I have started running, and hiking over the last month. But, nothing!! I haven't changed my calorie intake, but for some reason I am not changing my size. I will be looking to see what others say, too.

Good luck!

Ah, I've been experiencing the same for the past few years...I used to be 5'6 and 106 lbs, but in the past 5 years I grew to 5'7 and 123 lbs! I have very small bones, so the weight I gained is really obvious....

I've tried to diet at least 3 times. My goal was and still is 115 lbs. But I just can't seem to get there....the closest I've gotten was 119, and even that i can't maintain...I have a very slow metabolism, and am inactive....so im trying to increase my activities and eating more often through out the day (low calorie foods)...any good suggestions?

Amelia :)
