What happens after the weightloss?
I am concerned that when I lose weight, I have 59 pounds to lose, that the skin over my stomache and bottom will not tighten up so I have sort of lose skin that I won't be able to get rid of. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks

I lost about 50 pounds over the course of 6 months, no lose hanging skin here. Your skin should tightem up as you lose the weight. My advice would be to just eat a balanced diet and stay hydrated. If you do have some lose skin deal with it when the time comes. Wouldn't you rather have some lose skin then be overweight?
Our skin is a wonderfully forgiving organ! Focus on a slow, realistic weekly weight loss. Incorporate regular excercise, including cardio and weight training, to change your body composition not just your body weight. Good luck to you!
Slow weight loss is a definite. If you lose weight quicker than recommended, that is usually when you will have sagging skin. Also, drinking plenty of water will help your skin retain its flexibility.
