Happy Canada Day!

Wishing all members new and old a Happy Canada Day.  What's your plans?  Do you go and watch fireworks?

Our family goes to a local community event where there are fireworks, cake and games for the kids.

Happy Canada Day to you too. Isn't it nice to have a holiday midweek though I do prefer long weekends! Tomorrow I am off to Ballantrae, a town north of Toronto, for a Canada Day lunch with cousins. Let's hope the weather is wonderful across the province!

We had our fireworks last Wednesday.  There are going to be some in the smaller towns around her, but there are about 30 minutes away and I have to work tomorrow night.

Plan on staying at home and relaxing.  Mybe I will put on my bathing suit and sit in the kiddie pool if it doesn't rain here.

Not looking too great weather wise here.  However, SW Ontario is notorious for the weather to change on a dime.

Happy Canada Day to all!!  Unfortuantely, due to the strike, my regular "fireworks" spot will not be running.  I will have to find someplace else to watch them.  I'm working today but I have Friday off which is nice to have a long weekend.  Only thing is that my fiance is off today .  It would have been nice to be relaxing with him today.
