So happy!

Quote  |  Reply

Si at the end of the summer/ beginning of the fall I dropped about 10-15 lbs when I was already thin going from like 148 to the very low 130's (I am a 5'7'' 21 y.o male)....a few weeks ago I started increasing my calories with healthy food and eating normal (i.e. during the actual day when I'm awake)....and I feel soooo much better and gained up to 140 lbs (about 10 lbs)...I am sooo happy with my progress and amazed how much better I look and feel....I used to have an ED a few years ago before it returned this summer...

So I was just wondering two things for a 5'7'' 21 y/o male. now that I've gained about 10 lbs how do I know when to stop (like at what weight) and how do I maintain this to make sure I don't go backwards...I am not going to lie, there have been many times during the gaining process that I was hesitant since I always equated happiness with LOSING not GAINING weight....I don't want to go back to that again!

just wanted to share my progress and ask for some input as to what to do now.

thanks!

first of all well done , im glad you are getting the benefits from restoring your health. at 140 your bmi is 21 so it is in the normal range , i guess it is up to you on whether you would like to gain abit more how do you feel physically and mentally ?at what amount have you been gaining on ? how active are you ?

Tessa 1223 gives great advice, listen to her! But congats man!
