and don't forget to turn off house lights so kids don't bother you

Happy New Year to you as well.  We live so far out in the middle of nowhere if a kid actually showed up here, I'd give her my entire stash of dark chocolate.

We've all been sick so I put up a "No one home, Happy Halloween" sign so the dog didn't go nuts while we rested in bed. People still rang the doorbell. Grrrr.
