 This is pretty neat!!

Yeah, it gave me a weight about 15 lbs below my goal. A weight I haven't had since I was 15 years old (and I was in fine shape for several years after that, just had filled out more).

No thanks. Aiming for BMI 24ish is enough of a goal for me: don't need to shoot for 22.2, as they suggest.

The calculator is probably fine for women who are already thin and who could use some justification not to starve themselves into oblivion or into underweight, but for me, it's a bit unrealistic.

It gave me a pretty high weight. I've never weighed that much in my life!

133... not a bad number :D

I'm prety sure that everyone is not going to be happy with the result that they received. Its not a definite for EVERYONE.

For me and my particular stats, it worked.

I'm not saying that you HAVE to go by this.

Oh well, that was depressing.

It gave me a weight of 20+ lbs more than I weigh now......

134 lbs, which is where I wanna be!! Cool

Mine is 127lbs which is a good weight for me. I got down to 116-118 and i got comments that i looked way too skinny and messed up my metabolism in the process. Yell

It's a sexist calculator.  Only calculates for women, from the looks of it.

Perhaps men don't need to be a certain weight to be happy... :>

Apparently, it thinks that if I increase my weight training, I should weigh less?  That seems to go against the idea that muscle is denser than fat.

Yeah, I remember doing this a year or so back, and being just as miffed at the results then. Perhaps this isn't for people that actually weight train, so for us we should add 5 pounds. I'd be ok with that.

Plus, it tells me I should weigh what I weighed sophomore year of high school. Yeah right.

It gave me the exact weight that I weighed this morning. That's pretty cool!

It told me I should weigh what I weighed in seventh grade.  The number it gave me isn't even on my radar in terms of what I could realistically weigh.

It gave me a weight smack dab in the middle of my normal range.  I guess that's good because I am so not interested in losing any more.

It gave me a weight 5 pounds more than what I weigh, and I'm still trying to lose 5 pounds.

It gave me a weight 5 lbs less than my goal... I'm sure it's not for everyone.

It gave me a weight that's right in my goal range ... I don't know if I should classify myself as medium or large frame though because I'm right on the boarder, and yet I'm close to 5' 10".  The large frame weight seemed a little high, but the medium seemed to be about right.

Thanks for sharing!

wouldn't work at first...said that 20 yrs old I was too young....but at 21...it said I should weigh 137.9 lbs....Thats 13 lbsless than my goal weight...I think I would look way too skinny at anything under 145 and that would be pushing it! My goal weight is 150! I gotta keep my curves!

Works for me, it says 138 which is a weight I would be quite happy with (and only 7 pounds away!)

Works for me too--gave me the number 136, which is what I look & feel best at.  (I'm 131 lbs right now & honestly, that's a little skinny).
