Is this my happy weight?

I have been at the same weight for a month.  Despite having a daily of intake of about  3000 calories for an entire week, I was the same weight.  After another week of not really counting, I was still the same weight.  Then I went (probably down) to about 2000 daily and I was the same weight this week.  My activity level for all 3 weeks were about the same.  Does this mean I am at my happy weight?

probably so, usually when we're at our happy weight our bodies are resistant to change either gaining or losing. i do find it quite interesting that you didn't fluctuate at all though, congrats!! that's a good sign!! have you reached your goal? are you happy with your weight?

It depends. You have recently been gaining weight, is that right? What is your BMI? If you have not yet reached a healthy a BMI, you may have to increase your calories again. I know 3000 seems high, but trust me, it is possible to go higher!

My BMI is about 21, I think, since my height is 5'3" and my weight is 118.  Although my goal is utlimately to reach 115, if this is my happy weight, I don't see the absolute need to try and lose 3 vanity pounds.  And thanks for the words of encouragement! =]
