I like eggs, however I cannot stand the feel of a hardboiled egg white in my mouth....BLEHHHH, gives me chills!!! But I really want to like them! Do you guys have any tips/tricks on making them more palatable? Deviled is not something I am looking for. Half the appeal of hard boiled eggs are that they are nutritious, quick, and convenient and I want to keep it that way!

I pop out the yoke and (if I'm eating it) eat it alone. Then I'll cover the white in hot sauce--it covers up the gross taste and distracts from the funky texture. The other option is to pop out the yoke, chop up the white(s) and throw them in something else you are eating, like tuna, so you don't even notice them.
I like the taste of hard boiled eggs by themself (no yolk for me, though). I usually take out the yoke, toss it to one of my dachshunds, and chop it up to either a) put it in a sandwich with tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumber on a slice of toasted whole wheat bread, b) throw in a salad, or c) add to a wrap.
There are plenty of things you can add hard boiled eggs to. Get creative! You could add them to your veggie stir fry, too, and put just a dash of salt on. Oh man, you got my mind turning, now.. :D

I'll remove the yolk, lightly salt the white, and wrap it up in toast (the rough texture of the toast may be enough to counteract the slipperiness of the white for you.)
I'll also chopped them up and toss them in a salad dressed with only olive oil, red wine vinegar, and salt.

In a salad seems like a good idea! I just couldn't think of another way to prepare an egg salad without the use of mayonnaise. For the record, I have never even tried traditional egg salad :)
Hello:
I need some clarifications. As I am an on a diet, I try to buy food that has 0 cholesterol . Last week, I bought organic eggs that have 200-300 something / an egg. Do you think it is good for diet if I have two eggs a day?

According to the American Heart Association's comments on cholesterol, you should limit your cholesterol to 300mg/day if your LDL ("bad" cholesterol) levels are normal, and only 200 mg/day if you are on meds for having high cholesterol: http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml? identifier=3006030#Item_7
So if the rest of your diet is really low in cholesterol, you could have an egg a day. The other option is go ahead and have more than one egg, but only eat one (or no) egg yolks.

try egg salad (whites only) made with a couple tablespoons of Kraft Fat Free Honey Dijon salad dressing on toast....I have a mayo phobia and even make tuna salad with fat free thousand island dressing...The smell and consistency of mayo creeps me out....
Chop them up with a fork as best as possible. Add salt and pepper and eat them with a spoon. If you still can't handle the taste or texture, eat something else.
You could also try making the egg white salad with hummus instead of mayo.
A good way to eat hard-boiled eggs (and my personal favorite) is to slice the egg in half, take out the yolk, mix it with mayo (get the fat-free kind), and put this mix back into the "cups" created by the egg whites. It is also a very good appetizer for a party :)
To make them even prettier and tastier, you can top it with a cherry tomato or any other small veggie, or dill. So good!

ooh I love egg salad. It takes only a very little mayo (I use miracle whip lite-I think it's 20cals a tbsp) to make egg salad. Slather that on a piece of toast, mmm.
