Now the hard part begins...

Hi everyone. I started Calorie Count back in July. I'm 26 years old, 5'9", and when I began I weighed 171. Last month I reached my goal weight of 137 through exercise and cutting out all meat asides from fish. At the moment my weight seems to vary between 137 and 142 and I can admit that I allow myself to slack a little more on the exercise lately. I really want to make sure I keep my weight off as I've never felt better about myself. I'm hoping that by joining the group I will have more accountability and support from others that are going through the same thing. Any tips you all have for maintaining will be very much appreciated!
