hello everyone,
joined a few days ago, gotta 1 and half stone to lose, thats (21pound in usa talk).
My lass (wiFe) use to be a leader at weight watchers so I know all the secrets of weight loss ....(if it is a secret) anyway,Had Problems losing weight sticking to the plan and all that, but hardly any weight losss so I had to do loads of reasearch.Tip number 1 When planning to do something like losing weight-Research, the more you reasearch the easier the planning Gather the resources needed:
This ensures that the project will not fail or suffer for lack of a critical resource.
Anyway the thing was, I was having too much protein in one meal,With my fitness and weight training I thought I needed loads, but having looked it up. I did decide to try out 20grams in each meal and ....yahoo...Ive lost about a pound a day so far------
but I think it will stop soon
and even out to 2 pound a week ... Which is my goal for about 10 weeks and that is all Im bothered about...not the 21 pound to lose .... just 2 pound a week...so when I see a cake or chocolate ...I will just say err no, and have a diet coke instead or something fizzy...which stops the cravings and the voices (only joking)
anyway gotta go

How can I make walking fun?
You have to find a way to make exercise fun or else you won't do it. If you walk indoors on a treadmill, I recommend moving outdoors into the fresh air... Read more
