| 1/2 | tablespoon olive oil |
| 1/8 | onion, diced |
| 1/2 | boiled potato, diced |
| 1 | tablespoon Peppers, Sweet, Red Cooked, Boiled, Drained, Without Salt, diced |
| 1 | mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 | pinch of salt |
| 1/2 | tsp of black pepper |
- Heat up oil in pan.
- Add onion and sautee.
- Then add potato, red peppers, mushrooms.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir until browned.
