The I hate Christmas Music Thread

With a passion I might add.

It comes in second only to country music. It would be the worst music on the planet, but since it is only around about 2 months of the year it is second worse. Country music just never goes away.

FYI - I hate haiku more than I hate christmas music or country music.

It's the most wonderful time of the year....

I hate Christmas music because they start playing it in November.  I wouldn't have a problem with it if they waited until Christmas to play it.

I think it's time to write a Chistmas/ Country music Hiaku.

mooni... I'm with you 100%. I HATE HATE HATE Christmas music.

Actually, I do have an issue with Christmas music. I love it but not all the time, my favorite radio station will begin to play it non stop here right after Thanksgiving. I e mailed them last year asking that they mix it up a little. There response in a nutshell "too bad so sad". I still listen to them in spite of it.

There is a local radio station that used to play some really good music - quite a variety, combination of hip hop, dance music, 80's and classic rock n roll.  Since September, yes September, they've been playing nothing but Christmas music.  Supposedly they're changing formats in January to a sports talk station, which is all good and well - but why in the world did they decide to torture people in St. Louis with Holiday music beginning in freakin' September?

Needless to say, they've lost a listener.

And don't get me started on "Do They Know It's Christmas?"

i don't like all christmas music - just the good songs

i don't like all of any kind of music

except Beatles music and even then there are a couple of tracks on the White Album that I wouldn't cry over losing
