1 bag of Chips Ahoy = hate, so if you don't want to be a hater, don't do that again! :P
Don't sweat it.

Just remember your brain needs fat to function. So you probably were getting low and needed that bag. But the good news is now your brain should be functioning better so you wont do it again!

Don't hate yourself over a stupid bag of chips ahoy!

So you slipped, so what, just pick yourself up and get back on the wagon, and get back to healthy eating and like you said you are going to exercise and work it off!

Good for you!

We all slip up sometimes, don't be so hard on yourself! :)
don't try to make up for it tomorrow.  Just get back on your regular program.  Trying to burn off that many calories is not going to work anyway.  It's done, now move on.
1 bag of chips ahoy does nothing if you get back on track. Like clairelane said, dont try to work it off tommorow, as tommorow is a new day.

also, 'hating yourself' for eating cookies is setting you up for a bad cycle of 'emotional-ness' attached to your food. You shouldnt have such strong feeling about what you are eating. Trust me, its much better this way.

I am assuming you really really like cookies so maybe you should work one in to your calories. You coud probably have one everyday. That is what I did with my Thin mints, but I ate one right before a meal that way I have the rest of the meal to eat and by the time I am done I don't want another one.
Don't hate yourself, ever. Pick yourself off, brush yourself off and start all over again.

We all slip up from time to time. Learn from your mistake and move forward. Don't punish yourself.

Be kinder to yourself. You're loosing the weight for your health, for you. Love yourself, embrace all your good and bad. Then start again.
I think one of the first steps is to stop hating ourselves for binging and or how we look.  I think this society has brainwashed us into thinking we are bad.  We are going along with this thinking pattern.  It is time to put a stop to it!

You are struggling with an issue and are really addressing it and working on yourself.  There are plenty of people with problems and they don't deal with them ever!  Instead of hating yourself, be kind to yourself.  If a friend told you what they did, you would have compassion for them and kindness.  Why can't you  have that same compassion for yourself?

This is soo much more than just about losing weight. WE need to change the concepts of over weight in this country and the idea that we are bad!  Why should someone feel horrible about themselves all the time just because of how they look or what they ate?  To change the cycle you have to change the mind and the words you choose to speak to yourself.  Louis Hay, metaphysical healer, tells people to stand in front of the mirror and say I love you.  Try it. YOu will be amazed at how many negative feelings you have about yourself.  IT is a great practice.  Instead of saying I hate myself start saying I love myself no matter what!  I mean,  in the end you are all you have!

I LOVE cookies, so what I do to avoid bingeing on them is get the 100 calorie packs and I have one a day for dessert. My cookie craving is satisfied, if you have a small amount daily it helps.

If you are seriously trying to lose weight and eating cookies caused you to gain weight, then why would you eat them again?

If your really trying to lose weight, don't eat cookies!!!
Well, for me this is a life style change.  IN my life, I am going to eat cookies.  So, telling yourself you can't have any just puts you right back in the deprivation cycle and you end up binging.   I think we need to learn to eat portions.  Skinny people eat cookies.  I want to be able to have a cookie so I need to get rid of the charge the cookie has.  By that I mean, it is a no no food in dieting mentality so when I have one, I eat the whole bag.  This is complicated especailly for people that have food disorders that they are trying to change.  I don't think it is realistic to say don't ever eat a cookie.   Again , is this a life style change or a diet?

dont worry  i dont want cookies anymore since i already ate half a bag of it

MMmmmm chocolate chip. LOL. Don't hate yourself! It's okay - everyone loves cookies. ;)  Just try to hang in there and not let one oopsy stop you from trying to eat healthy.  Maybe have one cookie once in a while so that you don't binge.
Good luck -  you can do it.
