even though i know its literally impossible for me to have gained any fat.. .my weight is still a lil high. you've probably all seen me complain in my past few posts about my period being M.I.A.... it's still M.I.A. I don't feel bloated anymore... but the number is a lil higher than usual. 112.5... it was down to 108.5 at some point. (I'm 5'4)... but anywho... i don't feel like I've gained weight... but that number.... IS MURDERRRRRING me slowly. God... i can't help but keep dieting because that number is driving me nuts. any advice or words of wisdom!?! I'm in distress. (sorry for being so annoying about freaking out like this)

if it helps (i doubt it will) i dont look like i've lost much weight in my own opinion, but the number on the scale is surprisingly low.
Don't weight yourself but once a week AT MOST. Drink more water... you may just be retaining some and it only takes a half gallon of water to see 4 pounds more on the scale.
Also get a tape measure (I use an $0.88 Walmart Mainstays version) and measure your key areas (stomach, hips, thighs) and keep an eye on them over the next few weeks.
DONT" STARVE YOURSELF though. You are about where my wife is in height and weight and like I tell her... you don't need to lose any weight... just continue to tone up and be sure to eat a little extra when you exercise.

If your obsession with that number is bothering you, then follow my instructions carefully:
1. Enter the bathroom
2. Pick up the scale
3. Throw it out the nearest window
4. Purchase a measuring tape and use it weekly, rather than the scale.
The number is nothing at all. It does not measure your muscle fat, your bone density, your bladder content, how much fiber you ate yesterday, your...lord, I could go on forever. If you're worried that you're gaining weight, but you feel and see no difference, whip that measuring tape out.
If your period is MIA, you need to talk to your doctor ASAP. You are on a dangerous road, hon, and it's better to get help quickly than to wait.

i talked to a gynocologist.. she gave me birth control... but i have to wait till my period starts to take it too. hmmm...dag nabbit.
what does MIA stand for?
MIA = missing in action
You need to get checked out if you period is not there... very important and I know it is a pain in the everything and stuff. But better safe than sorry!
I just wanted to let you know I know exactly how you feel. That stupid number on the scale irks me too. especially when one of my skin-flint czech friends talk about how much they weigh and I am always 10 pounds heavier than all of them.
