Jules, I look like that in pretty much every picture taken of me....ever. I have a wonky eye that doesn't open as much as the other one. My boyfriend likes to make fun of me for it.

Back in the early 90s we used the word poser to describe a person who would try to be something they're not...and I think that word is hilarious, cause its old school now. lol

To distract you from the fact that the boob on that side hangs lower than the other. (A friend of mine was a stripper & said that's why she always had the arm on that side up).
