removed because it was triggering.

yes I am being a sore sport.

I'll quit logging on the forums and just use the damn calculator.

Thank you for the one helpful opinion on exercising.  I'm trying to work on that except the energy to exercise is slim.

Thanks, and c'ya, forums.

your height?

5'2".

I should be happy with 105 but it's not exercise-driven so it's fat and not muscle.

your bmi is 17. something. you eat about 1000 cals a day.

do you expect anything other than whats happening to you to be happening?

read the site guidelines.

if you really want to keep doing what you are doing, go to a pro ana or mia site. ppl here are sick of seeing these posts. you know well why you are in the place you are in. if you want to change it - change it. its simple. eat more and gain weight

It isn't simple.

If it was simple, we'd all be better.

Also, my BMI is like 18.4 or something.

Bitter much? You know, some people take words to heart, you might want to be careful with what you say to people.  Some are emotionally unstable enough that your unthoughtfulness could push them over the edge.

thats not a healthy bmi either, u need to gain weight, thats y u feel like ur so hungry, eat 2500+

I don't know if this is helpful, but maybe you SHOULD exercise.  Lift some weights, put on some muscle.  When you exercise, you can eat more!  You should also get more variety in your daily diet.  I'm not a nutritionist, but I don't think it's possible that you are getting nearly the nutrition you need with such limited food choices.

no, fidget is right, and you either need to listen or leave the site. you're post is pro-ana and triggering for a lot of people. please don't post things like this unless you are asking for help. if you ask for help there are tons of people ready to reach out to you, but it doesn't sound like that's what's going on.

not bitter. realistic.

your bmi is 17.9

if you are suicidal then you should ask for real life help. not making threats to ppl across computer screens because they say something you dont like

Eat the bowl of ice cream. It doesn't appear you're eating anywhere near enough to make a permanent weight gain.

If you're afraid to eat, look into some form of counseling or professional help. You need to up your cals and eat a healthier variety of meals.

Don't let a new relationship escalate your unhealthy habits. If your boyfriend cares about you, he'll care more about your health than your collar bone.

Good luck.
