This is a pure rant but...

who here honestly hates their butt?!

I know I do, its so small first of all and when I lose a significant amount of weight, it becomes practically non-existent!

I do squats with weights, lunges, walking lunges...pilates EVERYTHING FOR THE BUTT! walking uphill on the treadmill..everything that I know of that could possibly help..i DO!

anyway, i know its pure genetics because I take after my dads side of the fam and they all have flat or concave bums, lovely.

the only thing left is to get butt implants lol, which i'd never go for.

Definately running, have you ever noticed track athletes have the best bottoms! I have the opposit problem, as much as I love my bootylicous figure I would just love to tone it up and have a nice firm butt instead of this big wobbly thing!
I hate it too but because it is big not wide ,, afro shape and if I loose any single pound it becomes flabby .
Oh, this weekend I was at a party.....someone asked my sister who I was.....and she says "she's the skinny one with no gut and no butt !"  I also walk on an incline, do lunges and squats and it has helped the dimples on my rear, but not necessarity lifting anything !!  Lately - I cant decide which one I need more - a boob implant (NO I don't have those anymore either) or a butt implant !!  GRRRRR.
i'm dealing wit the issue right now.... i never used to notice my butt as a problem but now i am focusing mainly on getting it lifted and toned so i can take advantage of having a curvy figure for a tall girl.

I do lunges walking lunges steppers too
Squats, lunges and prone leg curls help lift what you have.

I am the total opposite. I lose weight and my bum goes nowhere. The more I run and train, the perkier and "higher" it gets!!!
I agree with Shill,

the more running I do, the perkier and higher it gets.  I'm also a huge fan of the glutes machine.  I usually do 3 sets of 12 (60 pounds).  Don't rush through the sets and focus on your glutes every time you lift.  You will notice a difference in a few weeks.    
I cannot go to gym ,i exersise at home many lunges and squats but still I cannot make it high .gravity is stronger.you are lucky girls.I bet you are still too young.
Yeah I would like a butt that matches my boobs. Big, and round, and like a shelf--able to hold glasses and catch crumbs (well I don't want to catch crumbs on my ass, but you get the point)..
