I STILL haven't gotten my first mammogram

I don't know what I've been waiting for.  I should have made the appointment immediately after my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, now over two years ago.

And I used to work for a radiology practice, so I know all about mammograms and ultrasounds and why they're so important and what is involved...

Maybe I should have put this in the procrastinator's group?

While I can't condone what you have done, I totally identify...  It took a cyst scare for me to have my first one done, and threats for the second.... (9 year gap in between)

So, really, why are you putting it off?

Same here. Although for me the reasons have more to do with insurance and cost. Yikes. It is something that needs doing though.
