I have not gone through that, but it sounds VERY frustrating!
Have you had your health checked out to ensure that you don't have a problem/illness with your thyroid or some other medical condition (PCOS?) making it harder to lose weight? You might consider that.
With all of your exercising and eating only 1300 calories (with no carbs), I wonder if your metabolism has slowed down and gone into starvation mode? It really isn't healthy to not eat carbs ... your body NEEDS carbs. You might need to consult with your doctor and/or a nutritionist for a well-balanced diet that includes some carbs.... even if it is "low carb." The solution may be as simple as raising your calories to 1500-1600 per day (yes, raising calories), and adding in some healthy vegetable/whole grain carbs.
Check out what the Mayo Clinic says about eating from all the food groups and some dieting basics ... http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/healthy-diet /NU00190
You could probably get some suggestions in the Fitness Forum for additional or different exercises you might try to target your "target areas" and your weight loss goals. There are some very knowledgeable people over there.
And congratulations for dieting a month with no cheating!

I'm disapponted that I was doing so well and I got off course, and now I've regained the weight and have stopped exercising. No, I've got to start all over.
Keep up the good work. I'll use you for inspiration.
You're not eating enough. I work out much like you do, 5xs a week I run, 3xs a week I lift weights, and if I feel like it I might do something light on weekends like yoga, or walking. The only difference is that I eat back ALL of the calories I burn.
I was in your shoes not too long ago, and after talking to a nutritionist (and checking out this website, of course!) I realised that because I wasn't eating back the calories I burned through exercise, my metabolism was slowing down. It was holding on to whatever fat I had and thus I was not losing any weight. I have since upped my intake and my weight has been coming off, slowly, but surely.
So go eat! :)
EDIT: I don't know if this helps, but for the record I am 5'3", weigh 122 (trying to get back to 115) and I eat between 1500 - 1600 calories on the days that I exercise according to this site.

Great advice. Reading your post it looks as if you're not eating enough. Heck, if I would do what you're doing I would be lying on the ground all the time, tripping over my own feet. I don't know how you can work out so much on that amount of calories. Eat up, my friend.

Oh, I am in the SAME boat as you... but i've been at this for over 8-9 weeks total... with a month on CC
i have lost & regained the same 10 lbs or so- and I've tried it all... upping & starving calories- nothing works?!
I exercise doing cardio at gym 2x a day for an hour - plus I walk. This is a change from where I did a 6 week intensive weight training + cardio tho where i gained a ton of muscle- i went from 26% body fat down to 18% over that time... while I saw little to no movement on the scale, i did see major strength gains...
right now? I see nothing but FAT on my low belly/hips/thighs... but, I have lost and gained various inches over the mass of my body, just not how I wanted to...
i don't know what to tell you- i know i gained muscle and that accounts for the sticky scale, but I am SO eternally frustrated with it all... my goal was to be in the 140s by now and instead, I sit in the 150s just like I have since Sept when I started... I know I have dramatically shifted by body but the areas I wanted to change the most (that arm jiggle, that roll when i sit, and the hips/butt/thighs - i don't see a difference like I want...
I don't know if it is a matter of upping calories, which i tried & gained or plateaued on - or cutting calories which I did and saw weight loss, but on my Saturday cheat day where I ate more (never more than 1800 calories except this saturday where I ate a lot of pretzels & sugar) I just regain the same 3-4 lbs over & over weekly--
i kinda give up-- i don't know what to say... i just keep going to the gym twice a day and do my 2-3 hours on the elliptical and just sweat like crazy & think-- well, the scale will be 2lbs lower for the next hour or so... at least I am in better/healthful shape!
it's frustrating as hell... somehow I know when i leave for Italy tuesday, I will gain it all plus more back in 10 days... so I'm just slipping & letting it go and will start over when I return...
good luck - if you break your plateau... let me know what you did!
There really are internal changes that take place inside your body that are not obvious. Your clothes feel the same, but have you used a measuring tape? Do you feel healthier? Are you perhaps growing in the vertical direction or developing breasts and hips?
Have you checked and double checked your calorie calculations? Remember, the tools on this site are geared for adults so if you're a teenager you'll need to use a different site for the calculations.
When you say no carbs, do you mean no processed carbs or are you avoiding fresh fruits and vegetables, too? Your body does need a healthy balance of carbohydrates, protein, and fat to function correctly.
If you're sure that everything you're doing is correct, then perhaps visiting your doctor and asking for more information on why a healthy person doing everything correctly might have problems losing weight. BTW (not to scare you, but...) a friend of mine found out that she was pregnant because she was dieting and stalled on her weight loss.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
