Is your day Migraine free? Do you have a small trace of a headache? Will it lead to a larger one or fade away to nothing? Is it a small throbbing on one side that is shifting to another part of the head? It is hammering like crazy? Or is it so bad that you really shouldn't be online reading this, but in some secluded bed of darkness?

So far today the forecast for my head is sunny like the weather outside my window with a slight chance of a headache. I don't expect to have one today, especially once I get started at work.

Now ending day 5 of my current migraine.  Finally got to the doctor to get my Fiorinal 3 prescription refilled.  Yay drugs!!!   Hopefully will be headache free tomorrow.  Sometimes I seriously wish that he would just write my prescription to allow refills.  I understand his concern that I could become addicted to this  powerful painkiller, but given that I only have to see him about once every six months to get a new scrip over the past 4 years, I think that I have proven that I can be trusted not to abuse the drug.  For those unfamiliar with Fiorinal 3, it is a combination drug, consisting of Butalbital, a barbituate, aspirin, an analgesic, caffeine, a stimulant, and Codeine, an opiate.  There is an alternative medicine to this for those sensitive or allergic to aspirin that is the same except that it contains acetaminophen called Fioricet with Codeine.

It is the only drug that I have found that gives me any relief whatsoever from my migraines.

five days... that really must bite. the most days in a row for me would be 3ish. And so far three free migraine days in a row!

The very slightest start of a headache today. It rates a  one right now, but with a long day of work ahead, I need to cut it off at the pass. Taken one 500mg Extra Strength Tylenol.  A slight tense feeling in the back of the head. Should be fine by the end of the day. Hope.

5 days... holy cow!

My migraines are weather-induced most of the time so all I have to do is look out the window if my head isn't already telling me what the day holds.

Saturday's headache didn't amount to anything.

Yesterday was smooth sailing and the forecast today is for more of the same.

solangeatira, I get a lot of my migraines from the gray sky days. Hate those.

What a wet day. It started raining before 4am today and hasn't stopped since.  I've had five headache free days and even though today is very grey, I will be free of that pain today. Just need to get some sleep. Up way too late last night! Way too late.

A very gray day today with still lots of rain. I had the slightest of headaches this morning. (My wife thinks that is why I was staring at her so much). I took some tylenol to head if off the pass as I was going to church and then to Blue Man Group concert later tonight and I don't want a migraine for that.  I had a good 'arms' workout last night before bed.

I have had a dull headache for the past three days, taken Excedrin all three days and I can functions, but can't quite shake it.  I was diagnosed with MS last february and know that these headaches originate with that, but it is so FRUSTRATING!. Anyway...cloudy for me today! :-)

I’ve had a headache for the past four days, including today.  And I know the cause – I work in an office and where my usual seat is I have a window behind me at an angle so I can have natural lighting and all of the fluorescent lights around my desk are off since they always give me headaches.  Well, I’ve been having training for another team in the office since Tuesday, sat in an area FULL of eight million fluorescent lights in a twenty-foot radius, with no window.  I’m counting down the days until I can move back to my own desk.  Unfortunately, it’s not until the Monday-after-next.  Sigh.

Headache free today. Two days ago was a thrilla. I had to work at 10AM and woke up with a headache that I thought that I could fight off with Tylenol. But it was no go. So when I got to work I took the migraine fighting meds and went to the first aid room and laid down on the cot for 1 1/2 hours. The headache was mostly gone for the rest of the day but came back later in the night and was dispatched with more Tylenol.

But today is good. And so was yesterday.

Today could be a day for a headache. It is that right mix of grey and chilly and rainy. But surprisingly, no headache in sight and I feel good. Other than feeling out of shape. I unloaded a trailer of straw last night and that was taxing work. I can feel it a little bit in the lower back.

Today isn't the best "headache" day. I don't have exactly but I've got the weak, not-quite-functional feeling that I get when I'm coming out of one. Not exactly sure what that means... I've got stress-induced migraines and between college and the boyfriend, life has been a little wild lately. WAY more staying up later than I should and stressing about end-of-semester projects for my liking.

Today is a headache day on the scale of a three (3/10) and I have taken two doses of Tylenol so far to push it away before I head to work. I may have to take my Maxalt... if it doesn't bugger off. A mostly grey day with lots of wet weather.

Funny how stress and irregular patterns can affect the body!

Headache free today... a gray day though, so that could change in a hurry. Hope it doesn't though as it is supposed to be date night tonight.

Woke up to, surprise, another gray day and a headache. So, I have taken two doses of Tylenol and then one 10mg dose of Maxalt to rid myself of the headache. It is mostly gone but the environment today just doesn't allow for it to completely go. Smacking lips of food eaters. Shrill screams of fun havers. Pounding hammers. Repeating radio announcers and chill in the air. Just some of the stuff causing the pain.

I had a slight headache yesterday. Only a 1 on my 10 scale. And it was dispersed with just one Tylenol 500mg.

Today is still yet another gray day. This is beyond ridiculous. Seriously. How many days of gray can there be? No headache  today, yet. I do have a tension in my upperback near my neck. Just from how I am sitting I am sure.

no headache today, although i woke up with a slight graded headache, it went away quick. a sunny, warmer day and spring is just around that corner.

a very overcast day here but no headache in sight. I had a real bad one yesterday. it took 3/4 of the day to get rid of it. I was able to play through it too which was nice. Played some bball at our overnight youth event.

so tired. 3 hours sleep in the last 36 hours.

today could have started off a whole lot worse. It is gray and rainy. i had a slight headache this morning but it is mostly gone after two Tylenol 500mg.

This week was rough with three of the five past days having been strong headache days. But that is done and now I am on.
