Hey guys.. so on this diet I've been on I constantly feel lightheaded/fatigued! I don't know what it is. But the funny thing is I am NOT hungry or anything. But my head always feels like its too heavy for me or like I have no energy. I hate this fatigue feeling please help!!!
However when I exercise or am on the go running from class to class it goes away, but then in a few hours later its back!
I feel so lightheaded. Any suggestion of why this is happening?
Lack of carbs? Too little protein? Too much protein? Too little fat?
PLEASE HELP! THANKS :)

Are you sure you are eating enough? This happens to me when I don't eat enough and my blood sugar drops. Hope you feel better.:)

WATER. make sure you are drinking alot of water...or gatorade....something that will get you hydrated, I learned this from a time when I got so dehydrated that I was zoning out getting lost in my thoughts, feeling very tired and lathargic, if you dont drink enough it could cause you to even pass out...so make sure your staying hydrated :] hope you feel better
maybe because when your at the gym, your body can tell and demand water or a drink...but when your sitting around its probobly concentrating on T.V....school work....or just talking with someone... -water-
noo water is not the cas8e, i drink well over the recommonded 8 glasses per day. so that cannot be the problem.
any other suggestions?

Go here... http://symptoms.webmd.com/ and check your symptons. Maybe it'll help. You may also want to make an appointment with your doctor. Better safe than sorry. Hope this helps!
I actually notice the same thing, and I do drink practicially nothing BUt water and cold tea.
But I think in MY case, at least, it's because I have a low iron count in my blood. I had tried to donate blood a few months ago through work, and they turned me down, saying I had a very low iron count, meaning not enough red blood cells to carry oxygen through the rest of my body properly, hence why I was feeling SO tired all the time. So since then, I've started taking an iron supplement every morning.
It takes a while for your body to build up to a level where it's supposed to be, but even after just a few short months, I'm not as tired if I don't work out in the morning. The iron is helping to build more red blood cells and carry more oxygen throughout my body.
( I think the reason why my iron count was so low is because I'm not a big meat eater, and I can't eat beef and not by choice, so I was lacking GREATLY )
I would say maybe have your doctor check your iron level in your blood, see if you have enough. Keep downing the water, though.

This can happen if you consistently undereat and can be a sign of malnourishment. If it is, then you need to get your calories up, gain a little weight and you should start feeling better :)
However, it can be caused by other medical type problems and illnesses. If this continues much longer, your best bet is to see a doctor to make sure it's not something like cancer or diabetes that can happen to teenagers...

Yeah, it sounds like you might be slightly anemic. If it gets worse around your period you should eat more dark leafy greens like kale, chard, spinach, and collards- low cal way to get more iron. You can spruce them up by steaming them until tender (not boiled until gray) and hit them with a dash of salt and some lemon juice or vinegar. I usually put a very tiny amount of chopped, cooked bacon (like a tablespoon for a whole pot of greens) for flavor too.
Or if you can get it, buffalo meat is very low fat and higher in iron than beef. And it tastes really good. Best yet would be a steak salad with sliced buffalo steak on a bed of spinach! Yum!
