I am loving it, but i am slightly worried im having to much

Everyday now I have either had brazil nuts, coconut, salmon, lots of olive oil coooked food, sunflower seeds and some times a few in one day...I know they are healthy and so on...but not everyday!!!!!!

what do u think...

what do u consume of them...

oh and by the way...besides those i only eat fruit, veggies and some times chickpeas...or rarely some other type of bean

As long as you're within your caloric intake I think it should be fine.  You need fats in order to help your body absorb the vitamins and minerals you get from the fruit, veggies, and beans =]

You're supposed to have healthy fats every day, so good for you.  As long as you're within your calorie goals, you're fine.

I love fat more than anything!! I just had 10 ounces of FULL ON SALMON BELLY (the fattiest most delicious part of salmon) and brussels sprouts that were marinated in olive oil & garlic (like 15 ounces worth!!!) - FAT (healthy fat mind you) is the most delicious thing in the world! When I ask the fish market at Whole Foods to cut the salmon belly off filets for me, they look at me funny but then I regale over how delicious it is... and they look at me even more funny! ha ha! Although one guy was very impressed with my awesome taste sensations!

I eat cold salmon in sandwiches for lunch AND tuna for dinner! PLUS, I take a fish oil supplement! As long as you're in your calorie range you can't go wrong with some omega-3s!
