What are the healthiest restaurants to frequent?

We tend to eat out too much, and while I am working on doing that less often, I still need to know where to go when we do eat out. Last night we brought home Boston Market ... that was pretty good. I know Applebee's has WW point calculations. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I don't think it matters where so much as what you order.  No matter where you go or what you get it is probably high in sodium so make sure to drink lots of water.  Just get meals with lots of veggies and lean meats. Avoid anything "smothered" or "rich creamy sauce."
I agree, but I also prefer Red Lobster (Grilled tilapia) and Olive Garden (Minestrone soup and salad combo) for some yummy but healthy choices. : )
I like Japanese restaurants- I love to get vegetable sushi rolls. They always offer rice and veggie dishes.

check this website, it's awesome!  it has nutritional info for most fast food and dine in restaurants...

if you know where you're going ahead of time you can look up what your best options will be at that place.  i always use it and it helps alot!

I'm not really sure about healthy restaurants. I just try and be sensible. Look for the things with the least amount of sauce/cheese/sugar. etc. It's not easy...I know!

The website you put up Brook looks great. Does anyone know of a smiliar one for UK restaurants? Would be great to have one of those to refer to!!

Thanks folks. I know how to eat healthy, and I watch for the "good" menu choices too. You just never know exactly how they are prepared in the kitchen, and I am trying to track my calories closely until I lose some weight.
I work in a restaurant that isn't a chain- and so sometimes the chefs are pretty inconsistent. For example, we have a 'grilled veggie plate' on the menu- one of our chefs adds butter to give the spinach more flavor because she doesn't think it's good alone. The other chef and I don't add the spinach til last so it stays fresher and more nutritious. You might try mentioning to your server 'could I get that prepared with no butter'? - people are usually happy to work with you as long as you're friendly. I'd call a good restaurant to stop at one where the wait staff will communicate with you.
