ughhhhhhh im really cranky tonight so  i went and added another 54 min of cardio.......i think it s really close to TTOM so if i dont lose this week i am sorry guys!!!

OK, here's what I did.  I logged the playing into my activity log but I opted for Moderate instead of Vigorous because I'm not sure if I'd be overextending myself to call it vigorous.  Regardless, even moderate shows me burning over 800 calories for those 2 hours.  I am afraid to eat back that many calories!!!  I'm at 1400-ish calories so far for today.  My numbers are 2900 burned, 1400 consumed.  That means my current deficit is 1500 cals.  Should I consider a couple tablespoons of peanut butter with milk to get in some quick calories?   **bites nails** I'm afraid!!!  What to do...what to do...
You guys are AWESOME !!!    I'll try not to let you all down this week with the cardio.  I want to do well for you AND ME !!!

VK:  I did pretty well at my garage sale ... couple of hundred ... "I'll take it"  :-)  Didn't buy anything (yet) with the profits, but my daughter will be 15 tomorrow ... I'm SURE the $$ will go "somewhere"  lol 
Had a LOT of interesting people ..... one lady's truck broke down in my driveway and spewed (sp?) antifreeze all over the place !!!   I felt so bad for her !!   My neighbor kid kept coming over and wanting to spend his pennies ...... we finally told him ... "NO pennies" !! 
Any funny stories about any of the shoppers?  
Aw, the little boy, that's is cute.  He probably thought he was rich with all those pennies.  I was asking because sometimes you run into some real characters when garage sale-ing; the little old lady insisting everything should cost a quarter, the pack of shoppers trying to play distracting games, the negotiator who negotiates everything...etc, etc, etc.

Went swimming with the kids yesterday and played a great game with my son. I had him hold my legs and I would swim away from him until I gave out. (does that make sense) Anyway just thought I would share. It was a good way to get a mini cardio workout in and spend time with the kids.

Went to the gym this morning and did 45 min. Nice

Oh and Chris put me down for a commitment of 40 min

       just did 30 min of aerobics, taking a break and will do more when this bottle of water is gone!!!

       ok guys today is tuesday, im gonna send out reminder emails this time before weigh in so noone forgets!!!!!  ill send them thursday night!!!  Cause had we all gotten them in in time we would of won this week!!!!  our teams weight loss was 26.1 pounds, wtg eveyone!!!!  im so pround of all of u!!!

      ok water just finished off to loss some more fat hopefully!!!

Hello captains! Once again I have made a mistake. The starting weights are always supposed to stay the same, but the current weight are supposed to change... so if you want to correct it use the link to see what the original starting weights were. NExt week everything will be correct! (almost everything lol)

first things first WOW you are so on it. You will be at your goal weight and beyond in no time.

Bummer that we didn't have everyone weigh in on time. At least we know we would've kicked some butt and hopefully for next week we will get everyone in time.

As for the fight Sat night....I was rooting (sp?) for Chuck. I think he has been a good champ. I've actually met him, Dana and a few other fighters and trust me when I tell you that the guy is solid. (I really need to put some pics on profile) I give props to Rampage for doing his thing though. It has turned into the year of upsets.

The Karo fight was pretty good as well and the Jardine one as well. They were all pretty good. That is one thing about UFC that is soooo much better than boxing. Just about every fight on the card is a good one.

I'm looking forward for Rich Franklin to come back as well as GSP. Have you been watching the show? That last episode was nuts. Ok I'll check back after lunch.
ok did 30 min of weights and abs!!   man my daughter worked out with me awwwwwwwww isnt that cute!!  she has done it all today with me!!  however se is tiny and doesnt need to lose weigh she wants to lose 10 pounds  to go from 98 to 88 lol oh to be 11 again!!!

an those aerobics about kicked my butt of course im not way intense on those yet but i thought i did very very good kept my heart rate up, dont know if i can do those everyday!!

dang i just couldnt believe CHUCK lost so quickly, however i though big john called an end to it pretty quik!!! 

yes we watch the show, i love it, and my hubby would have a culinary if he missed a minute!!! lol

ok i gotta eat some lunch its a lil late for it but i am starving!!!!

but i was away for the holiday weekend and prior to that my mother was having eye surgey.  So things have been hectic trying my best to get back on track.

So it ok if I do 60 minutes cardio to make up for the yesterday.

secondly if we all keep doing what we are doing and pushing ourselves to do the best we can we can easily win this whole thing!!! 

i really personally want us to all hit our goal weights for the challenge and at the end of the 12 weeks be proud of ourselves!!!  feel better when we look in the mirror and smile and say see we can do IT!!!

Hey everyone.  I see I missed a fun conversation.  Can't really input on the UFC, my hubby is a WWE fan and from what he tells me the two are on totally different planes. 

I'm nursing a migraine today...almost 5 hours now.  I have a new med I've been trying out and it's doing its job but it makes me feel groggy with a linger of the pain.  I will try my best to get my cardio in today.  Cross those fingers in hopes it completely fades by the time I get home.
ha ha maybe that is the cure for your migrane HOME!!

yeah ufc and wwe completly diff, we used to watch the wwe but it started getting to fake, however it is enjoyable, like a soap opera!!!  awwwwwww general hospital!!!  lol 

i hope u get to feeling better!!! 

ok time for dinner im going all out tonight tacos!!!!  yummmmmmmm  i bought that fat free cheese ughhhhhh nasty!!!!!  so back to the 2% lol

Ok, so the migraine is still lingering a little but only put me completely out of commission for 2 hours.  When I posted earlier it wasn't so bad where I couldn't look at the computer. 

Hey, if I can play volleyball for an hour (one on one), you know it's not so bad.  I'm so glad, I was worried about not being able to post numbers for today. 

WWE is a big soap opera.  It drives me nuts.  I burst my hubby's bubble sometimes and tell him before the match who will win just because most times you can just tell.  I'm so E-V-I-L......

wow I was attempting to make fire by method of a fire plow for a project adn that is a workout! I was sweatin bullets!Did that for a good 45 minutes. My arms are gonna pay tomorrow lol. so i definitely didn't make it to the gym b/c i was going to die if i didn't eat something. the scale is still messin w/ me so I'm gonna be real mad if I am still at 215 by the end of the week. we'll see!
