Ok so my caloric goal is 1500.
And question am I suppose to be posting my cardio here everyday or can you guys retrieve it from my activity log.
Because something I am lazy when it comes to posting things I may not post it until a day or two after the fact.

MEMO: Hello captains! Its that time again... weigh in days. Please do not forget that Friday and Saturday are weigh in days. This week I will NOT except any weigh in later than 3:00 a.m pacific time. So if you do not send in your totals you will essentially be disqualified for that week's competition. But it is ALWAYS better to send in something rather than nothing. If you have one team member who has not weighed in by 2:59 a.m. pacific on Saturday, go ahead and send in the weigh ins to me anyway. That one person will count against you for that week, but you never know, you could still win the weigh in, especially with the extra 20 points for the challenges. (You may want to email those who were late weighing in last week)
Also, I ABSOLUTELY NEED every team members caloric goals by Sunday, NO Later than Sunday ! Just email me the list.
Oh, and don't forget I will not be logging on from June 4th to June 10ths, so the winners of next week's challenge will not be announced until June 11th.

Good Morning!!! I'm down a half pound as of this morning. I'm going to re-weigh again tomorrow to see if that number gets better. I was shy of my personal May goal by a half a pound. Damn half pound!!!!! :P

hey guys. I can total up everyone's cardio minutes tonight, but I cannot guarantee I can do it tomorrow. Tomorrow is my sister's wedding so I'm not quite sure where I'll be or what I'll be doing. I will at least get on to add my weight. I was down .6 pounds from last week this morning but I really liked the number I had yesterday so I'm gonna pray it comes back haha.
ok Kt sounds good just post the minutes u get and when it is thru, and then i can figure the rest i hope u have a blast at the wedding tomorrow!!!!! it should be great!!!

down 2 lbs from last week (I'll accept that - although yesterday I was at 240 ... should have used THAT number !!)
Chris - not sure if I did this correctly - I took my ORIGINAL weight as SW, changed the CW and added the TWL lbs from last week and this week. If I didn't do it correctly, just change to the format you're using (ie; if SW should be LAST weeks' ending weight)
Applauds and WHOOOOHOOOO's go to ALL my H4L team -- we're doing GREAT !!

somehow i don't think this challenge should be so confusing
