Chris, do you think you're getting too much caffeine? Or too much exercise too close to sleep time? I can get away with doing exercise close to bedtime but I know my sis and mom can't. And you were right, I lost that other half by this AM...so I'm down a full pound since Monday!!!

Chris, do you think you're getting too much caffeine? Or too much exercise too close to sleep time? I can get away with doing exercise close to bedtime but I know my sis and mom can't. And you were right, I lost that other half by this AM...so I'm down a full pound since Monday!!!
