MEMO: Oh, and next week's challenge (June 4- June 9) will be the water challenge. Keep track of the ounces of water you drink a day. I will make a few exceptions for water though. Any beverage that contains less than 5 carbs and NO fat per serving can be counted, NO MATTER HOW MUCH OR LITTLE YOU DRINK!
e.g. Fruit2O, Sparkling Water, Diet Arizona Tea, Diet Lipton Tea, Coffee (with splenda no cream or milk, miles well forget it I say lol), Diet Snapple, and so on.
Gatorade or Powerade Does Not Count
And please do not sit there and chug a whole bunch of water... I would hate to lose someone in this challenge lol. It is possible to drink too much water. The "trick" is, the more exercise you do, the more water you will need. So getting moving and drinking!

hey guys. looks like we did pretty well this week again. I think we can do awesome on the water drinking challenge. I know I chug water all day so that's some extra motivation. if anyone has trouble drinking enough, just carry around a water bottle and tell yourself to drink half/third or whatever by a certain time of the day. i aim for at least 72 ounces a day adn i feel so much better when i do drink it. well good luck everyone!

I drink quite a bit of water too team...I try to average 3-4 2liters a day....comes to ohh... 192 to 256 ounces a day. Lately I've been drinking even more because of the hotter weather and the exercising. I sweat like there's no tomorrow...or as my mom puts it...I sweat like a Champ! :)
Oh and Don...congrats on those extra 10!!!

awww thanks guys! I was very surprised thatI actually was happy w/ how I looked in a lot of them since I'm usually disgusted by my pics!

I don't drink anything else but water (besides my am coffee). At work, we have filtered water and an ice machine. I have several glasses there (about 16oz ea.), and then at home I carry a 2-liter bottle with me everywhere and always drink a min. of 2 bottles. The past couple weeks I've been drinking 3 (just at home)!!!

today is day one in our WATER DRINKING CHALLENGE so everyone keep ur water with ya!!!
Did everyone have a good weekend?? I did, we fished on saturday(again i watch) and sunday we just had a relaxing day with my cousin and his wife who is candian, her dad flew in to see his favorite guy sing Alan Jackson, it was cool he was so excited, however i really dont know country but it was fun to see them so excited!!
ok well my house is a wreck, to say the least.....so imma go clean wish me luck lol

Team, I have to confess, I'm up 2 pounds from Saturday's weigh in. I'm really bummed about it and have to assess what happened and figure how to fix it. I still have confidence I'll be a decent loser for the team overall and have to look at this as a just a minor setback. It really took a blow to my ego though. **looks around for a big enough band aid to cover my ego**

I had a Apple Walnut Chicken Salad (sm portion) for lunch today at Applebees. I've been trying to find the nutritional information and cannot locate it? Any suggestions ?? I have gone directly to Applebees website and it's not there either. I could probably 'build' the meal, but have NO clue about the dressing (know it was some kind of balsanic dressing) ...

I've been chuggin my water today. I'm at 38ounces so far but it's only 1:45pm here so I have a lot of day left. I'll be downing caffeine later while I write my paper though!
Happy belated b-day Amaxpo! Did you do anything special? I never really do anything for my b-day cuz i don't want to plan a party for myself and then not have anyone show up lol.
I've got 2 more weeks til graduation so I"m hoping to lose at least 4 pounds by then. That would put me 25 pounds down this year!
Don't worry VK..I've been holding us back this whole challenge so far. I know you'll get it right off!
