No we're all good now, KT... just busy!!! I've got a lot going on at the end of the semester like always!!
So I finally watched TBL tonight!! OMG... so I totally called it that Amy was going to go home because of Vicky... did I not?!!??! She would still be there (and Colleen who I loved!) if she'd played smarter!!
I hate that Vicky is all of a sudden trying to get audience sympathy... saying she misses her kids and that thing with the challenge where she was too scared to drop in the water?? Sheesh.... she even said earlier in the show that she didn't care about her children cause she just wanted to win the money...... stupid blue team... lol!!!
It would've been really cool to see 4 women at the finale... even if two of them were nasty blue team members!!! I really hope Michelle wins!!
Hey guys!! Finally, you saw it Sheila! Oh I know, you totally called it. Man o man, it made me want to smack Amy when she made that stupid, stupid, stupid move! I was thinking the same thing about Vicky trying to play on the sympathy. She knows the viewers would be voting who stays out of the those that fall below the line this week. She knows...and on queue, she's playing the game. Sniff sniff, I don't know why I didn't want to jump, I'm not afraid of heights...sniff, sniff. My rear end!!! I'd rather see Heba in the finale than Vicky. I think Michelle has a very good chance at winning this thing. And now that she's stopped crying so much she's gotten easier to root for.
Lil'V's party was Saturday and we had a TOTAL BLAST!!! It was great. The kids, all the kids, were red as heck from running around so much. I had to have a couple pitchers of water brought to our section because between catching their breath none of them wanted pop to quench their thirst, they all came back asking for w-a-t-e-r. Too cute! And it was the kids that told their parents they were ready to leave. The really wore themselves out!!
Kt...hmm, Chinese food-vs-working out...now that's a dilemna. Lol!!! 
Oh, and DOTS is a clothes store. They carry fairly inexpensive stuff and most things are more fashionable for everyday wear than many clothing stores. They aren't as mainstream fashion.
o i swear, if vicky gets voted to the finale i will puke. she is teh biggest game player of all...she doesn't deserve it!
that's great that you put on such a great party val! I bet lil'v had a ton of fun! probably teh best party of any of her friends! did you get to run around w/ them or is it one of those kid places that only kids can go into the play areas?

well i did way better today. didn't eat breakfast, just got too busy, had a good lunch, and am cooking a stir fry (well....the fiance is cooking it lol). and i did my spin class otnight! man is that tough. my legs are all weak lol. but it felt so good. i have a soccer game tomorrow so my legs will really be shot by then. i'll see how they are on wednesday, then decide if i need a night off or not.

I don't think Vicky deserves to even be on the show...the greedy, manipulative, mind playing wench! Hmm...do you two think I'm taking the show a little too much to heart?? Lol 
I could've run around with her but I had to stick around the rest of the parents. I'm planning on taking her there here and there during the winter, just to get away for her. My girlfriend already said she'd be game and we can just chill while the kids play.
I did pretty good yesterday with both my food and exercise. I had my oatmeal, then Boston Market for lunch, and eggs and mashed potatoes for dinner. I was pretty proud that I didn't snack. It's about darn time I didn't!! Lol Anyway, then I got on the treadmill and did 45 minutes of running/walking and 15 more uphill with the crossbars.
Those spin classes do sound really rough. Are you still sore today from it? Do you think you'll be able to play tonight?
i am so dead right now. i was in a meeting for four and a half hours! it was for work comp. i am like a zombie. i finally just ate lunch and its 2!!! i didnt even have breakfast, only coffee so i dont feel that great right now. gotta get some water in me!

I did watch it!!! Sheila?? Ok, I have a question...it's not a spoiler question. If this week is their last week before the finale, what day/date is it for them? Or, IOW, how much time do they have between last night's episode and the finale show? I know it's got to be longer than a week.
Ugh, after a 4-hour meeting without breakfast or lunch in me, I'd be dead to the world man! Was your stomach participating in the meeting too with it's growling?? Lol
She does have a perfect face...and such perfect skin too!! Lucky her!
I remember in last season Ali broke down during that time because she hit a plateau. I/we very much know how that feels. I can't see any of them coming back as small as Ali got though, can you? They have got to have the potential though, right?

I was telling dh that from the moment I walk in the house tonight until it's time for bed I'll be exercising my butt off because of my gain (too). Humph! Stupid winter/holiday time!!!
How was soccer last night?
Something cute...so I was searching for Twilight paraphanlia for my goddaughter's Xmas present. I hit the jackpot at Hot Topics. I was in there trying to figure out what to get her when a bunch of young teens walked in and started gawking at all things Twilight. That made my "what to pick" dilemna easier...I grabbed a couple things the girls were gaga-ing over. I'm such a cheater! LOL!!!
Hey guys!! I'm tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiired!!! Yes I saw the show... I can't believe stupid Vicky is going to be in the finals!! I also thought Heba was kind of a bitch in just assuming that her husband either wouldn't win the vote or would throw it... which of course he did... she seems mean to him....
So who should we vote for?? I'm inclined to do the opposite just cause Heba's unfair to him.... but I want Michelle to win... so which one of them is more likely to beat her out??

how did your marathon workout go, val? did you pass otu as soon as you hit the pillow? lol and that's super cute to watch the girls to see what they were grabbign. I'm sure your goddaughter will be thrilled!
sheila, i kinda feel like voting for heba too, but i'm worried b/c she has a lot more weight to lose and the meal plan until the finale. so i think ed might be the better option. michelle has a tough road ahead, but i think she can still lose quite a bit!
ugh, well today has gone better so far. kitty showed me this mornign that she used the litter box. we bought new kitty liter thinking that might be the problem. and i guess maybe it was. so we just have to buy the kinda nicer one now. as long as she doesnt pee on my bed anymore!!!!
My one girlfriend thinks I'm too hard on Vicky and Heba. I told her I can't stand anything about Vicky. Heba may not be as bad but I don't like her either. I was very sad that Ed won the meals thing. I get the dilemna Sheila. On one hand neither Ed nor Heba have been as good at losing as the other contestants but on the other hand because of that they have that much more to lose. How do we know they weren't holding their losses back a little so they can sprint it in this part of show.
Just like with Vicky, she always seems to be portrayed as sort of lagging in her exercise all the time but her loses are respectable. Michelle is always shown as trying her hardest. I see that with the blue team. The people I know that are voting are voting for Ed to be the finalist.
I wish that trick of switching litters worked with my cat Kt. He has a habit of pooping outside his box once in a while but lately has taken to pooping on the bathroom rug. YUK!! We already switched litter so our only option is to catch him in the act...which as I'm sure you know, is hard to do. Did your coworker calm down today?
Um, my marathon workout turned into just over an hour. I did the treadmill and some push ups and crunches. Heehee, I also tried doing squats. As always I kept losing balance. I need to do at least a long treadmill workout tonight and maybe include some more squats and this time lunges. I dunno.
my big cat will poop on teh bathroom rug when he decides his litter box is too dirty to use. luckily he never pees anywhere else though.
hey over an hour is great for a workout! I hope you got a good workout in again tonight. I did about 50 min on the treadmill, just over 4 miles. I was very happy. of course, i overdid it because my shin is hurting now. I was kinda limping out of the gym lol. but i finally did a workout!
my coworker was alright today. she made a horribly insensitive comment to my poor boss this morning and we all just wanted to smack the crap out of her. I just pretty much ignored her in the morning and she left at noon so i didn't have to deal with her too long.
I'm still undecided on who to vote for. i want ed i think. not too sure though!
good evening! just wondering how the weekend went for you two! Only 1 more weekend until Christmas!
my weekend was busy busy! Went out friday night and only had 2.5 vodka/sugar free redbulls. We didn't stay out long. Sat I had a mcdonalds cheeseburger and fries, then went to a holiday dinner. It was really nice. I ate too much probably, but had an amazing time w/ some awesome ladies. it was such a fun night! Today I did an auction, so I had a starbucks in the AM, then didn't get any food until 3pm and then it was only 2 little pieces of pizza. Dinner was ham and pasta w/ an alfredo sauce. Tehn I had wine and popcorn. Not that much food, i don't think. So not a horrible weekend, i don't think.
I am planning on starting stage 2 of nrolfw this week. I'm a little concerned b/c i have to do some exercises using a barbell w/ weights and that means going into the "weight room" where all the heavy lifters are and I don't like that. So we'll see how that goes. It looks like I'll be trying on my first wedding gown the first week of January, so I need to get on it! It's going to be real and that's scary.
Well, I hope we get more talking this week! Hope you get a break from busy sheila!
Wow Kt, you're doing much better than me with your workouts. I'm very proud of you! It is getting really hard to get started for me lately.
I think your coworker sent some of her bad karma to my job. I walked in this morning...late because of the ice we got overnight...and on the sweater I keep here hanging off the back of my chair, someone put an ad sticker on it's back. It says, in big black and white letters: "Are you getting a divorce?, then goes on in smaller print...call so and so (lawyer's name & #). WTF!!!! I am pissed, livid. If someone meant it to be a joke, I didn't think it was funny at all. Everyone here knows how close my dh and I are. I brought it up to the OM and basically told her what I'm saying here and her response???..."I didn't do it!". I told her I'm not saying you did. I am just bringing it to her attention to make her aware it happened and I'm not happy about it. She didn't say anything further so I took the sticker and walked away.
After all, she is the flippin HR person. Isn't she supposed to be the person I tell about these things? GRRR!!!!!!
o i would be livid val! She should deffinitely have addressed it better. Hopefully it's just a one time incident. That's really messed up, though. hope your day got better!
I'm going to a King's game tonight and I'm sitting on the court!!! I'm so excited!!! Our owner buys season tix that they'll give to vendors or other people like that. I guess he still had these games and gave them to my boss and she gave them to me! It's cool b/c my fiance has never been to a king's game and this is definitely a cool way to experience it for the first time. We are usually up in the second floor. I'm excited!

Well half the house is decorated for Christmas... and the other half is a complete disaster.... sheesh!!!
Sheila, my house is the other half that's decorated! Lol I have only half my stuff up too and it is getting a little anti-festive. I really really have to step it up and finish it too. I feel so much better when the house looks like a huge present inside. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
I didn't vote for anyone on TBL. If Michelle were up for a vote I sure would've voted to make sure she made the finals. The same with Vicky, I'd vote to make sure she wouldn't make the finals. Between Ed and Heba I really don't care because regardless, if either wins they both win. Still, it makes me wonder if Ed isn't trying as hard thinking Heba has the final spot in the bag. Hmm... Too late. I hope both of you cleared your calendars for this finale!!!
Kt...How was the game!?!? Tell us all the juicey details! That is a great way to experience those games. There's nothing compared to going to a live game with great seats. Did you take pictures?
Well, we got our letters here at work letting us know how many prsnl/vaca days off we have left. I've been impatiently waiting for this letter!!! I lose track because of how often my migraines make me leave in the middle of a day. Anyway, I have 3. I'm taking off the half day we work on Christmas Eve and NYE and taking Monday and Tuesday the week of NYE. That means I'll be off from 12/24-1/5!!!!!!!!!! WEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
