Lol I have been good, not on the weight loss but life has been good! Prolly partying to much on my down time!!
I am working in a portrait studio, and i love it, minus i am so tired from working so much!
Kids are doing great!! My oldest baby is gonna be 14 in a couple of weeks, seems strange!! But they are all doing great, they have been missing me!!
Hubby is good glued to the xbox the usual, he hasnt been working for a few months, so that has been totally sucking, but hey life goes on =) I do enjoy vegging out with him more often now HA HA

val, I've gotten into that conversation with people at work as well. My boss called me the calorie queen or something like that haha. My coworker has been writing down what she eats and I help to tell her what the cals are. I can tell her most of hte stuff off the top of my head! It's like a game haha.
we got panda express for dinner and I"m still only at 1400 cals! I'm very excited. I stocked up on some soups and stuff today at the store so I'm planning taking teh time to make good dinners for us since the fiance is trying to lose weight now too. He's started going to the gym so I'm very happy. I wnat us both to look awesome hwen we get married!
Photo studio? I bet that can have some fun moments.
Working can take a lot out of you, especially when you're moving about a lot.
Oh yea...partying! I'm afraid that is most definitely one of the things that got me in trouble lately too. And with that stuff comes the bad food. Scary stuff maynard. ![]()

Mine have been good. Lil'V is loving school and doing pretty good for herself. Dh, he's the same. He is sitting out the coming semester at school. They aren't offering evening classes he needs. That's where I can relate on having more time with him.
Yes Kt, there is one girl in the office who is counting. She started a while ago. Back then I was giving her tips on lower cal foods or she'd ask me to tell her things I'd eat.

I still have not had pop since i quit over the summer, maybe every so often but it is rare!
I started back excersing last thursday every day went out for a short run/walk short i mean like 20 min, i have not even looked at my food choices though yet, cause i want to focus now on the excersise habit again then i will adjust my eating. Just wanna be heathy =)

mmmm margaritas!!! I want one of those! I had a cantaloupe martini at dinner on saturday. it was sooo good! very fruity. I love my vodka/redbulls though. heart attack in a glass lol.
that's cool you are liking the photography. my brother is doing photography. he's on my top friends and he has some awesome pics that he's taken! I can't wait to see the pics he gets at our wedding.
chris, i totally understand wanting to start with teh exercise first. it's so hard to give up the good food!!! I would much rather work out more so i can have a good dinner. i love my food!!!!

It was cold and rainy this morning so i have to do an evening walk tonight, my neighbor has been going with me so hopefully that keeps up cause it is easier for me to keep going when i have someone pushing me =)

I think i am gonna start adding abs in my workout, it wouldnt be pushing myself to much, just want this process to happen faster? Helps if i would just stay on track sheesh!!

I'm jealous you two have nice enough weather to be able to do anything outside. It's snowing and cold as heck today. Yesterday wasn't too horrible but too cold for me to be out exercising still...I think it was like 20-something out. And Chris, yay for having a walking partner! That is very helpful.
Eh, no yay for me on the 2.2, it's sodium. I'm actually hoping to shed at least another 1-2 more from sodium by tomorrow or Wednesday. I want to get back into the 70's by the end of the month. Man was it depressing last night when I was doing the WiiFit and it re-weighed me (it does that at the start of each session) and it showed my gain and then plumped my Mii right up. Lil'V just laughed and laughed at my Mii. My poor widdo Mii.

Well I was up a pound this morning... but I had popcorn last night (thanks Val!
) so I'm blaming it on that... tomorrow is weigh in day for me officially so I'm trying to be good today and hope that it goes away... and maybe takes a friend with it!!! Otherwise I won't have a loss this week!!!
I'm trying to work on my stupid presentation for tomorrow but I'm so not in the mood!!! I'm dreading starting school next week!!! Have I complained about that enough yet?!?!? Well get ready... you'll probably hear a lot more about it!!! Well I gotta go find some lunch.... maybe avoiding my presentation will give me some motivation to exercise... lol!!!
Sheila-well, one of us had popcorn. I did end up with the peaches/cottage cheese. Okay but one thing...I don't eat that very often and never noticed how much damn sodium is in cottage cheese!!! WTH? Stupid cottage cheese!

well, i'm home from work. have a dentist appointment in a half hour. I've had coffee, a banana, and a packet of oatmeal. So i'm at about 275 cals for teh day. Pretty good! I won't be able to eat lunch until after my appointment now b/c i waited too long. so i'll probably have a couple microwave burritos or something before I go run. That should still have me at around 775 cals total. And I'll be wroking an auction tonight, so after dinner I wont' be able to snack and stuff so I will have no problem keeping hte cals aruond 1500 today. Yay!!!
yay i went for my run! I did 2 laps when I was only plannign to do 1. It was partly because there was a kinda cute guy (well there were a few of them) going around. I feel like a wuss if people on teh track only see me 1 time. My whole run ended up being 3.75 miles. I felt like I really belonged out there with the hard core runners. I saw a couple heads turn my way too, which makes me feel great! yay!!
o and just a little fyi...microwave burritos are not a great pre-running snack.

I can't eat much before running but definitely nothing like that. I only got in 2.5 miles - and too much of it was walking. I was so freakin hungry beforehand. I figure the hunger would subside while I was at it but instead it got worse. I've eaten an apple on my way home yesterday and today and it made me even more hungry than I was beforehand! I stopped at the grocery store to get more produce and they had strawberries on sale!! I picked some up. Tomorrow I'll try those on my way home to see if I can make it through a longer workout.
Right now I'm munching on a salad. Lettuce, spinach, cilantro, onions, tomatoes, 2 oz chckn, eggbeaters, a squeezed lime, and a bunch of salsa. YUM!! Never had all this stuff in a salad before but it tastes good! Too bad the store's lowfat shredded cheese looked old, I can afford 70 more calories.
i run from my place to mckinley park, which is where im getting married. its about .8 miles to get there and i thin the park spans like 10 blocks or so. its realy big. i figure running therr will be extra motivation because ill be running past the wedding site each time!
well i did a 36 min walk today all walk lmao cause i was talking to much and we had her daughter and mine with me, man do 12 year olds walk slow!!
So i decided just to see what my calories were today and entered them all in, cause i want to know about how much i am eating a day 1900, SHEESH may be why i dont lose weight, did i mention nothing in those 1900 calories is good for you? Well right now my focus isnt the food part but just the excersise, however a deficit would be nice i do have a 400 deficit, which will only get better when i start to actually watch what i am putting in my mouth.
Val-LOL i dont wanna know what the wii fit would say about me right now, but i love the lil mii's they are the cutest!!!!

1900 isn't too bad, chris. I know mine were well into the 2000s when I finally logged them again. Scary!!!! A 36 min walk is better than a 36 min couch sit! haha....good job!
so my weight this morning was 187.2. WTH? I had chili for dinner adn I didn't even eat all of it. All i can think is that it was a lot of sodium? ughhh i'm pissed.
