WOO FREAKIN HOO!!!  We won!  Sorry I haven't been on line since Friday.  So this is the first I have seen it!  Go US!!

This new challenge is confusing.  Are we still sending KT our numbers??  I am going to have to read this challenge 100 times to understand it.  HAHAHA

Tess, you got it. I went last night with my wife and we had a pretty good work out. This morning I had a great run on the treadmill. Felt real good. Right now my plan is to do 3 days of cardio and 2 days of weight training. I guess I'll see how that goes. (oh and abs as well. My wife kicks my butt when it comes to abs. So when I go with her my abs are killing me the next day)

Okay I'm lost when it comes to this challenge. I'm gonna really have to put some time into this one. I'm down for whatever but I'm confused. I think I just suffer from delayed intelligence. LOL.
Don/Amaxpo-It is a very confusing, fairly time consuming challenge.  KT and I created spreadsheets for ourselves to help out.  KT's idea!  :) 

Alright Chris, about this clean eating challenge.  If it was supposed to start yesterday I'm already out!  Lol  Yesterday was DH's birthday and I promised myself I wouldn't have a piece of the yummy cake I got him but then what happened...LilV didn't finish her piece, barely touched it in fact.  So I HAD to finish it for her.  That was my 5th sweet(/fat/oil) for yesterday but it also threw my calories off because by then I was already at my caloric goal for the day.  Starting over today. *bows head in shame*
Hi guys I couldn't help but notice you have a "clean eating challenge" going on and I think its a pretty awesome idea. Do you guys think it could work for a weekly challenge? Would you mind?
I don't mind...Chris, KT, do either of you?
MEMO: Okay guys I need your ideal caloric intake by WEDNESDAY! So send them in ASAP! And if you're captain is not particularly active today, team members, you may want to send them to me yourself. Don't forget if I don't have your ideal caloric intake then you will not be able to participate in a future challenge.

Lettuce it is!!  I will eat a head a day.  HAHAHAHA!!

Chris...I will be on Vacation next week.  So I will not be on the computer much at all.  Maybe once all week.  I am interested in doing the weekly challenge for the week of the 24-30.  If that's ok?  Let me know.

Kt...I believe it is just not eating over your calories for the day.  Correct me if I am wrong Chris.
ok to clarify the clean eating lets say u goal is 1500 calories, stay in ur goal...........if u BINGE u didnt clean eat.......therefore ask for a restart, the person in 8 weeks that went the longest wins this challenge...

the challenge really is to keep us from binges, just to help us stay focused, nothing we have to report everyday just if u need to restart your date!!!!!

this whole idea of TEAM challenges actually came from kT the day she challenged us all to excersise more, i thought hmmmmm we should do a clean eating for the rest of the challenge and then every week a team member pics a challenge for e1, just to give us all that extra PUSH, i know i need it!!!
got u in for 24-30th AMAXPO im listing all the dates up top!!  will u be able to get on for weigh in?  just let us know!!

    Wow.... all these challenges are confusing this 'ol gal !!!  LOL 
    Glad to hear we are starting our clean eating TODAY .... yesterday was NOT good for me.... binged on Skinny Cows .... had 3 of the fudge bars and one Klondike No Sugar Added Ice Cream Sandwich .... glad I got that out of my system !!!   Ice Cream is my downfall .... so I don't have the REAL stuff in the house!!!
    My Mom arrives today from AZ for her summer visit .... I'll will have to ask her not to bake as much as she normally does ..... that's bad TOO !!!
    Sending my points from yesterday to Katie .... hopefully I did it right.
