i did 30 minutes walking/jogging today. I will add the rest of my minutes for walking to/from teh bar tomorrow (i'm sure i won't be in any shape to get on here tonigth lol). I don't know how I"m going to run 6 miles in the triathlon! I can hardly do 30 minutes! bleh but i'm glad I made myself jog instead of doing the elliptical or soemthing cuz i need to run as much as i can to get myself ready.
I'll work on getting everyone's walking minutes tallied and see where we're at

ok so our team walking goal is 2800 minutes!!! That is a g8 goal now lets go smash that goal!!! Oh i guess we are doing 7 days sooooo i added 30 min for every one on day 7!!

Ok guys sorry i didn't post this last night. I walked for 75 mins last night. Whoo Hooo for me. I also dont think i gave my over all total which is 360mins thats my commitment. Will probably so more tonight is my treadclimber night. I'll try to post tonight if not will post tomorrow morning again. have a great day and keep up the good work guys.

ha ha here we go agin VK in each others head!!!! We r good!!!
Just wanted to say that it feels real good to be on this team. It feels like I have an accountability partner again. I use to carpool with someone who was a health nut. She got me going to the gym again and we would do at least 4 days out of the week. She actually was a certified instructor so that helped as well.
She left work to be home with her baby and I really miss having that person you can count on.
However, now I have a team of accountability partners. I was so excited yesterday that my wife had to mellow me down. I can't wait to be down 10 then 20 then 30 lbs and so on.
Thanks again and keep up the good work. I'm counting on you guys and I hope you are counting on me.

Yup, I totally agree with you Don and Chris. I do better with more people on my side. I have my challenge goal of 23 pounds but I'm really hoping to surpass that goal. I'd be happy if I make it but to surpass it would be totally awesome! With you guys here with me it will be easier because we're all counting on each other.

Ok I saw this in another thread. When you post minutes, you can copy and paste the list of people and their minutes and just add your name to the bottom or next to your previous minutes. This way we know we don't miss anyone's minutes!
