Went out for lunch (actually just went to Walgreen's) ... but SOOOOOO wanted to stop and get JUST A SMALL FROSTY at Wendy's ...... YIPPEE, I was GOOD and didn't stop !!!

Thanks for the vibes guys!! I haven't logged in what I ate but it wasn't too bad. I was probably eating cantaloupe at the same time KT!! MY fruit salad. :)
I had a couple burger patties with ketchup, mustard and onions (no bun), corn, a little bit of seasoned potatoes and (drumroll please) a 100 calorie snack pack of pringles (to tame that chip trip). I even went back for seconds on the corn.

mmmm carrots. ok i had an all fruit strawberry banana smoothie. it's 16 ounces. how many servings of fruits owuld that be?
lol well, how much is in a 1/2 cup!!!!! ounce wise i say 16 oz is 4 cups!!!!!!!

KT, I haven't had time to get my numbers together for yesterday but will do so as soon as I finish this post. :)
I didn't eat anything after the bbq yesterday. I got caught up in being outside. I was waiting to eat so I could play some volleyball first. We were all ready to play and boom, the neighbors had an unexpected visitor. Boy oh boy were we bummed. I think Coco (the mom) is using me for the exercise too. :) She doesn't speak English and I don't speak much Spanish so I don't want to offend her by asking her that the wrong way. Anyway, she recently borrowed my scale to see what she weighed and I don't think she was happy. I ended up de-weeding again. Darn weeds!
I got some HAPPY news!!! I weighed in this morning at 238!!!!!!!! Oh my GOD!!! Oh my GOD!!! I asked DH to double check the scale while I got off, closed my eyes, and got back on. He said "Yep; 238, now can I go to work!?"
Did I mention how much I LOVE Saturday weigh ins? Monday's always seem to go slightly higher. We'll see, but even if it's goes up 2 pounds I'd still be down from the previous Monday.
