Holy cow, I am so sore I cannot move right now.  thank god I can type w/o looking.  Lol   I started gardening...deweeding, planting little flowers, moving dirt from 11:15 to 2:30-ish.  I'm still not finished but it was so hot I had to stop and the next thing I know I woke up an hour later.  Didn't mean to fall asleep!  I guess I'll finish tomorrow.  I think burning around 900 calories for today is enough work. 

I'm looking forward to more teammates on Monday!!!  I should go to their thread and be nosey to see who's there. 

OK...now to get on the ball and go figure out what I'm going to eat today so I can get some Saturday numbers to KT.  TT U all later!  :)

Ok so these area ll the numbers I had. VK is the only one who gave me numbers for today. i added my numbers in for today as well. I wish everyoen would have kept doing this b/c we were doing awesome! If you have any more numbers to add, please post them in the thread instead of emailing them to me so Chris can add them in!

our challenge average came to 406.41, would have been higher but we missed a few days!!

our weight loss for the week is  12.2 pounds that is awesome guys!!  keep it up!!!

I have taken off fab2flab, and shante, now if nycolea says shante can stay, then these numbers will change im about to give u..

WOW GUYS THIS IS GREAT!!!  We have lost 2 toddlers basically off of us as a group!!!  Truely KUDOS too all of us!!!

Aw KT!  Don't worry how much your losing, because the main point is is that you ARE losing...RIGHT!?  Have a great time at the graduation!

Chris...I intentionally ate more than my calorie limit yesterday because of all the calories I burned, does that mean I need a restart too?  I wanted to go up to 2100 but was only able to make it to 1800. 

BTW:new food tip for BBQ's...Oscar Mayer Cheese Turkey Dogs.  They are so very good and only 90 calories.  Lil'V went and grabbed one off the plate and walked around eating a couple links by themselves.  And I ran into Sara Lee's Whole Wheat Hot dog/burger buns; 110 calories a bun.  DH didn't know they were wheat buns until I asked his opinion.  Just trying to help w/our BBQ dilemnas.  Unfortunately neither are in the food library so I had to add them both for myself.

No VK u dont need a restart unless u "just went over" binging, if u intentionally go over, that woud not make u restart, like me i ate alot of pizza and drank vodka with diet soda, ummmm that would be a binge  hehe
