WOW! i am so amazed that we won again! we have some awesome people on our team who are sme BIG losers! great job!

well the graduation was good. it was soooo long but it wasn't too bad. we had lunch at my parents and came home to rest b/c i'm dead tired. i'm anxious to see what next week's challenge will be

MEMO: Hi guys! Congragulations to Health4Life for winning the week's challenge, AGAIN!

This Week's Challenge will be the "Try Something New Exercise Challenge". So you will get credit for doing a type of exercise you have never really tried before. Examples: I've never tried yoga, tae bo,  or weight lifting, so I would get credit for the minutes of them I would do.

I guess also exercises that you've tried once before and never went back to could work also. But I really want to emphasize the "TRY SOMETHING NEW PART"!

Oh, and don't forget that starting week 7 (Changed it) with The1Up's the individual teams will be coming up with the challenges, so please be sure you have a challenge (please try for original) by your week.

Oh, and lastly I will update the information on the commentary thread so the captains can copy and paste it, by tonight. I am still waiting for Flab2Fab's weigh in numbers.
im really gonna like this challenge!!  Im gonna do a learn to un program this week, and i cant run but i will be so that will help, and imma try a whole bunch of new stuff!!!!  i think this is fabulous, great challenge!!!!
OK one last thing gang and then i will shut up for the night...well maybe!!!

This week again i want the numbers emailed to KT daily, KT i know u leave on thurs or friday......send them to me, and then i will get everything to VK for her to turn in, unless it would be easier to have them emailed to me this week, it is totally up to u doll!!!  Not sure how busy u will be this week!!! 

Ok guys im outta here, im actually going to the gym, lol instead of using the one here in my house, my cousin want to take me so, imma have to show my fat a** in front of people UGHHHH lol

i can take the numbers up until thursday but i'm just worried aobut someone still sending htem to me after that and me not getting them. so its up to you but i'm just worried about that.

the challenge seems intersting. i probably won't be able to help much since i kinda have concrete workouts i'm supposed to do to train. but i hope the rest of you do awesome!

No worries KT, you're triathalon is new for you.  It may not be new as far as this challenge is concerned, but overall, how many times have you done this?

Ahem...Chris...sweetie...I um, need a reset as of today.  I got a little too carried away today.  D'oh, it happens.  *hangs head* Thank goodness tomorrow is Monday...if only because of the structure of the schedule.

Hi everyone!  I am Jess... the newest member of the team. 

Anyway, I am 27 yrs old, have 2 beautiful children, I started my journey at 233 lbs, and currently 178 lbs, (lost 55 lbs so far). 

I was on the Thin Mint's team, but I was switched this weekend, probably due to lack of participation or something.  But I am really excited to see how a "real" team works.  Thanks for having me! 
Yay!  Welcome again Jess!  Get ready to talk it up!  We are a fairly talkative bunch!  Right guys!?  :)  Congrats on your 55 down!!  Woohoo!!!

I am so excited! I started really trying to lose weight on January 3, 2007. 
well i've only ridden my bike once and ran once so does it count if I'm doing that stuff?

and i need a restart. i went out last night (basically took the entire weekend off from counting like you guys suggested) and had 2 pitchers of sangria w/ my b/f! it was amazing hehe
Good Afternoon Everyone!  Had a great weekend.  Went swimming and then went shopping for some new clothes yesterday.  But sure am glad its Monday, the work week is easier on the diet then the weekend is :)   Have a great day and welcome JESS!  
I know this is kind of anal, (I'm a pretty anal person), but can you guys please not use the word "diet". Yeah, I know roll your eyes lol, but  there's just something about the word that really makes me cringe.

Jess-you lost 55 since January?!?!?!  You really must be feeling great.  And...another great person for us to learn from!

KT, I would definitely say the running would count.  The bike, I'd say yes too but can someone else chime in on that one?   The reason I think yes for the bike is because you are training to ride it with specific hurdles to achieve...unlike riding your bike in the neighborhood or to the store.  Geez, I just like saying "I have this friend training for a triathalon..."  Lol

Nycolea, I try not to use the D*** word either.  Maybe it's the anal-ness in me too. Lol  If it's supposed to be a permanant thing (for me) then the big D makes it sound too temporary.
okay yay! i can actually help then! i brought my bike to work with me today so i could ride it afterwards (except stupid me forgot a sports bra and shorts). so now i have to go buy some lol
