chris- great job  on cutting back on the cigs so much! you're body is probably relaly stressed right now and once things calm downt eh weight will come off!

good job everyone on the losses! I am down 1.1 pounds from last week but I'll post my official weigh in tomorrow. I had a pretty high sodium attempt at dinner last night so i'm hoping tomorrow will drop a little more. ooooo my quads are sore today! i guess i did get a good workout last night.

Ok so after lunch now and my total calorie intake is 1025. Not bad. So after work we are going to Dave and Buster's cause it's the last day for a few of the guys here. I plan on having 2 lite beers and a shot of Jamison...(here we go again alcohol) and I also have an orange for a snack later. that will give me approx another 307 cals. I'll leave the rest for dinner. Looks like I should be close too if not under my limit. cool beans

I really hope I lose this week. I know the alcohol doesn't help. ok well back to work I go.
Dave and Busters!  I like that place.  I've only been there once but it was pretty cool.  And yum, they have the 24oz beer mugs.  Lol  Less times to bother the wait staff!

I had chipotle for lunch today so I would have some more cals in me before my workout tonight. we are going to do an open water swim. I'll have to squeeze my fat butt into a wetsuit and hope my legs aren't too sore from the run last night. It should be fun though. We are also doing an open water swim on sunday but w/o the wetsuits! omg that is going to plain kill me! so if i have a cold next week you know why! haha

I didn't even eat lunch until 2 today b/c i just wastn' hungry. I think working out really suppresses my appetite. i didn't eat much for dinner yesterday and then todya i just havent' been hungry. i have to remember to make myself eat!

o and i talked to the b/f today! his plane got into israel at about 4am cali time. Long long flight so he's tired. He gets to sleep in tomorrow though so that's good. It was just really nice to talk to him. Hopefully I can talk to him tonight before I go to bed (he's 10 hours ahead of my time). i think the kitties miss him. the big boy was on the bed today trying to wake me up which he NEVER does. so i'm hoping they will be a little better today. but they definitely cuddle more when he's gone! so i get to cuddle the kitties instead of him hehe

chris I just rememberd I"m working at the fireworks booth tomorrow from 12-4. Will after 4 be too late to send you the numbers?
nope after 4 will be fine!!!    Dont think i am leaving in the evening till 6ish, just wanted numbers by then so i say 12 hahahahaha

so i did my run//walk tonight it raned after we ended, so this is week 2, and i am did 2.5 min running wooooooohoooooo and i didnt die, obviously i am typing, alot of huffing and puffing after eah segmant, but it is definatly getting easier, esp. since this is only the 2nd time this week!!

just got off the scale again i am obsessed, 194, so maybe i did lose, we will see in the morning, i did count my 194 earlier for my june weight loss challenge, for an 8 pound loss this month, made my goal lower for july, cause i dunno AFRAID!!! lol  I should see 189 next month.......thats only 5 pounds!!

Is it easier KT to swim with the wetsuits?  man i get so tired when i swim, we did 10 laps last week, me and my cousin, and i thought i was gonna collapse!!  I dont know how ya do it, how many do u have to do, or how long?  I know when we did our 10, we had lenghty breaks in between!!

Awwwwwwwwwwww im so glad u got to talk to your BF kt, i bet u miss him like crazy!!!  Kitties are good to cuddle with, well at least temporaily  ; - )

I am watching my Royals play....they are winning again, why didnt they play like this all year???  haha 14 games behind first place, we are in last, but i dont think we are the worse team in MLB this year wooohoooo for us!!  lol

ok time to take a shower i am sweaty, and peeling from the canoe trip last weekend so i am itching like crazy, while i type!!!

the swim was good. it's harder to swim in a wetsuit right now b/c i'm wearing my dad's so it doesn't fit right and a lot of water gets in the arms which makes it harder. i swam about race distance today, a little short of it, so that was good. race distance is about 1600 yards (64 laps). the more you swim, the easier it becomes, and since i used to be a swimmer it's not bad. i just have to work on getting my time down.

it's only 6am in israel so i'm still waiting for a call. i'm probably goign to be up late so i'm hoping he will call before i go to bed

Sounds like everyone has been busy. Took awhile to catch up on all the news. I am still at the same weight as last week but, i did look real good in my jeans so that is good. Plus they were kinda of loose, yay

Chris Congrats on the trying to quit smoking. It is hard but so worthwhile. From a nonsmoker it took a few tries till i finally got it

Well Tess, I hate to say it but saying the word beer so many times yesterday was my cue to assume I needed at least one to get it out of my system.  So...I had a beer.  I worked it in my calories and made sure it took me foreeevvvver to drink it.  It probably didn't help when my brother came over with a 12 pack.  heehee

Kt, did bf call last night?  How are your muscles today?  You're right, the more you swim the easier it gets.  It also helps a lot if you have the breathing rythmn mastered.  Have fun in the booth today!! 

Chris, 194...was that the magic number today?  You did really great on your June challenge!  And then the smoking.  WOW, you really got it going on miss thing!!!  :)

vk- i'm a little sore today, but a good sore. and the b/f called not long after i went to bed (i slept w/ the phone next to me so i'd wake up if he called). things sounded good, they were just going to be relaxing today since it's the jewish sabbath and nothing is open or happeninig.

jj- is the 326 how many cals difference you had or how many points you had left for the week?

so my loss for teh week is 1.1 pound and I'm at 211.4. not too bad. I am just inching closer to being under 200. I just can't wait to get there!

ok my points for the week are 1412 left!!  i did good, however it sucked not eating back ANY calories, which made me not workout as much as usual!!
