vk gave me her weigh in....235 pounds! down 2.5 pounds this week. and she has also hit her 50 pound loss mark! woohoo val!

Chris I did the same thing this week. I slacked on my exercise because of not being able to eat back the calories. My losses slowed down considerably when I wasn't eating back. I had almost a 1500 deficit on Monday and again Tuesday and was NOT going to let that continue.
OK, gotta go pick up some fresh fruits and veggies.

And I just wanted to add for the challenge if you don't have your calories for Monday thru Saturday then your challenge numbers will not count. You will automatically be reduced to Zero points. Not counting one of the days may of course give you an unfair advantage.

well i'm working up the motivation to go out for a run this morning. I figure i can rn this morning and then go ride after lunch. I'm just doing a 30 minute run so it's not bad, I just have to move my ass haha. I worked out thurs, fri, took saturday off, and will do a double todya. ithink i'm doin pretty good. now i just have to keep it up next week!

yuare doing great KT!!! i myself wanna go run too, but i am still sitting on y ass on the ouch, i need to mow to, it finally stopped raining......day 6 still no sunshine :( makes my mood suffer, not to mention i started TOM, my scale still says 194 thouh so that is good, well imma try to motivate to mow the front, i think the back is still way to wet to attempt!! front is very wet to, but its not very big, the back yard IS SOOOOO BIG......

DH is going to help me expand my veggie garden today. It turns out where I wanted to put it won't work. I tried digging out a new space yesterday only to find out I hit a sheet of rocks. I AM NOT going to try to dig through rock! Lol

i talked to the b/f just now. he's coming back on the 10th or 11th! i'm so happy he's not staying any longer than that. except i won't be able to lose 5 pounds by then but that's okay.

ok i just got back from my "run." i did pretty well I think. I did 3 laps around Sutter's fort. each lap is a half mile. It's just under a mile from my apartment to sutters fort and back. so i did about 2.5 miles. i think tha'ts pretty good! and the first 2 laps I ran halfway, then walked the second half. but the 3rd lap I ran the whole way around! so i ran a total of about a mile! that totally redeems me from my poor performance on thursday. i need to buy a watch so i know how long I'm out for. so hopefully i can still go ride later on, i need to find somewhere to go ride today. fun stuff!
