WTG KT, i did go out to, to mow, i did the whole yard, 2 hours!!!!  it was a lil thick and wet, but owell, it is done!! That is some good running, our track down the street is only .3 around, in the 7th and 8th lane, i cant make it around one time yet, maybe next week...i can only go 2 1/2 min MAX then i walk the 3, next week, i go to walk 2 min run 3 min, this i am nervous about...i figure once i get to a full mile run, i will get a new pair of tennis shoes!!

wow 3 birthdays coming up!!!  BIRTHDAY parties here weeeeeee!!!

you may lose 5 pounds we will see, 10 days to do it in, it is possible u would need about a 1750 deficit a day......ok well that would be tough!!!!  and not very healthy.....but u will be close!!
yea it would be hard, especially since i only lost 4 pounds total in june! that's crappy! i'm hoping for a lot more this month.

i still need to go out and ride. i'm finally cooking some lunch right now. then i will go out and find the trail! it should be nice and relaxing. i think i need to be out there for like over an hour but we'll see.
i wish i rode, i have a bike, but it just sits, im scared to ride it, its been 18 years or so.....i got scared when i got on it i was gonna flip or something!!!
i forgot how much i love to ride. its just so relaxing and fun, especially when you have great scenery around you
WE WON AGAIN!!! congrats guys! we are rockin! i think the weight loss this week really helped!
MEMO: NExt week will be the crunches challenge! So which ever team has the most crunches by the end of the week wins the challenge! And this only includes floor crunches!
ok crunches this week. we can do this! it's just the total number of crunches by the end of the week so do them when you get up and befor eyou go to bed and when you're bored! haha this is going to be painful
noone is aroudn to distract me from making myself go biking :(

GJ H4Lers on winning this weeks challenge, lets go for it this week, and lose 7 pounds as a team to hit 100!!  we can do it!!
thats an awesome idea chris! i'll take all my measurments b/c i need those anyways.

i went riding. i was out for about an hour and a half total. i was glad i finally just went out there. the hardest part for me is gettin ready and going but once i'm out there its so nice. so now i have to eat dinner but i'm not super hungry and not really in the mood to cook anything. maybe i'll wait another hour or so.

ok so it says my deficit for today is 3000 calories! haha don't think i'm making all of that up! i guess i'll treat myself to a starbucks tonight :) but i still have to think of something for dinner!
I got lazy today.  I ended up putting Super Granny (computer video game) on my computer for Lil'V and we both got addicted.  lol  So, we ate leftover shishkabob I had grilled yesterday plus a bunch of fruit and now I'm only at 800 calories for the day and it is 10pm.  I think I'm going to make myself a pb&j and maybe suck on a spoon of pb after that.  So much for the widened garden.  Lol  

So we won?!?!?!?  What happened? 

Chris, you are really going to rock w/the crunches.  I'm definitely going to do my best with this challenge.  I'll use the ones I learned on the DVD.  It is my weakness so if I slack...well we won't even think like that, right!?  I should double check my measurements to see if they've changed since I put them in my profile.

congradultions to all for a winning challange. Just a quick check-in. Happy Canada Day to all! As for Bday i am right out of your loop as i am the January baby. I will try and add some crunches at night and in morning.

and yea i ran this morning, then did my ride this afternoon. i'm only at like 1600 cals in for the day though, so i'm still like 2000 cals short. but i'm not hungry. i wish i had some ice cream around! o well.

gotta get ready for all those crunches tomorrow! woohoo!

not sp good this weekend with the not smoking, i was BAD, ill leave it at that, but tomorrow is a new day!!

Yes, crunches should be good for me, however i am WAY upping my goal, when i told my hubby how many i was gonna try to do a day, his eyes got HUGE, he said GL with that lol  He knows i will do them i am kinda obbsevive compulsive in a way about everything, just like when i started getting healthy again, i turn into a NUT!!

We won most weight loss this week by .4 of a pound, the 1ups were right on our tail!!

I'm so glad we have been sticking to this. You all are very motivating. I like being accountable to you as well (despite wife laughing at me when I went on line Saturday just so I could weigh in.)

Okay so crunches.....yuck. This will be a tough challenge but I do need it.
