don't think i've had any sugar today! but that's not a stretch for me really.
so i'm having a decent day. a guy i work w/ is kinda pushin some buttons to get things movin at work. he made it clear to those in charget hat i am lookin for a new job b/c of their lack of movement on the reviews. so i'm hoping that will shake things up and get things going! in teh meantime i will apply to some jobs and see where it gets me!

Ok so if I understand the challenge the main thing is just staying away from SUGAR. Man that is sooooo easy. Not going to say I don't have anything that doesn't have sugar in it but I really try to limit that monster.
Ok so went to the gym today. ran a mile and then worked out my back. I think I'll go home and do crunches. I really enjoyed that.

Cardio sounds good to me, i dont care what we do as a challenge, i think cardio would push me cause i have been lazy the last couple of weeks, back on track today....walked 2 miles, yes no running cause i still have a lil chest cold left, i ran through half a song, like 2 min lol thats it, mowed thats a workout, and getting ready to do crunches, gotta get back to weight, i cant remeber the last time i did them, but there is no air conditioning in my gym here at home, maybe that is why i have been lazy...well minus crunches last week, but that was easy....
speaking of last week, how did everyone measure after all them crunches? I know VAL lost 1/2 inch, I lost .75.....thats pretty darn good for 1 week!! what is everyone else at??

I hit the road and went to try to find those darn elusive shorts. I still haven't found anything worth actually buying that doesn't cost too much. I did find a casual backpack to wear while on vacation so I'm not lugging my purse around. Then..dinner.

I've been reading, laughing and scratching my head on this challenge. I'm taking it as No ADDED sugar to foods, or anything SWEET (ie, drinks, treats, etc). Natural sugars (veggies, fruits, etc) would be fine and products with limited amts of sugar in the ingredients are also ok.

Ty ty all for the welcome!! 1 day down and no sugar for me yet!!! How's everyone else doing?? I thought it was going to be easy cause I never thought of myself as a "sweets" person... but all the juice I drink has added sugar... and I couldn't have a snow cone.... and people brought cupcakes to work!!! Hey I wanted to tell you all something that happened here at work yesterday. It is a good reminder. The building that I work in is pretty secure for the most part. You need a badge to actually get into the working stations (cube world) however not for the bathrooms. A man got on our floor and went into the womens restroom yesterday. He stuck his head under a stall while it was in use. Luckily the girl in there had a cell phone and called one of the guys here to come help here. The perp heard her making the call and took off. When the cops arrived they searched the whole building (17 floors) but did not find him.
Well I just wanted to share that to remind all of you awesome people to always keep your eyes open and to be careful. Sorry for the downer but I think it was worth mentioning.

I hope we can use splenda because I'm heading down at lunch today to buy some to use in my oatmeal. I looked around here but all we carry is Equal. I heard it's not the same. Cross your fingers that it works for me. Otherwise I'll have to try the applesauce idea someone else told me about.
