I FINALLY WORKED OUT TODAY!!!

I mean i have been doing my run walks, but only like 1.5 to 2 miles, lol i dont count that!!!  But i did all my workout!!!

  •  80 reps w/arms
  • 60 reps with legs
  • 220 crunches
  • 20 min gazelle
still not up to what i was, but it is bak on a track lol
Awesome good job Chris and I can tell that you feel better for doing it.

Sorry all but I just had a small piece of cake. Here is my excuse, Almost time to go home and I have a hour to hour and half drive home (thnks to so cal traffic) so I need the sugar rush. DOH. well that is my only negative for today. I still have about 1000 points.
I'm telling you guys...I swear us eating or being tempted with these sweets this week is all messing with our minds!!!  That'll be my excuse if I falter and I totally encourage all of you to use the same.  Lol

Trv-how'd the root canal go?  Did you get put out?  Did your dentist novacaine you like crazy?  Mine shoots the heck out of me when I go through those or most any dental procedure.

Chris-I'll be in and out tomorrow so I'll give you my points and weight tomorrow.  I'm also taking the laptop with me on vacation to continue to log my food.  I'm not going to try to restrict myself too much, I'm going to splurge.  But I'm going to try not to go too crazy either.  I can't say that I'll be chattin along though.  If I do, it'll be late at night.  I plan on spending as much time out and about.  :)

Judi, I'm going to Wisconsin Dells.  We're staying at one of the hotels that has indoor and outdoor pools, water slides and such.  We also plan on going to Mount Olympus.  It's an amusement park/water park.  It has 5 go kart tracks that go up to five floors high.  So cool!!  Of course I'm hitting as many cliche things as possible.  River rides, Duck rides, Ripley's museum, Fudge shops...and whatever else.  :) 
Thanks for the concern everyone... but I'm a wuss... I chickened out and cancelled the appointment... my dentist hates me lol. I probably gained weight this week cause I missed out on my special k! We weigh in and give our points tomorrow right? Does tomorrow count for points as well? I think I'm going to make a big chocolate cake after this challenge... and I don't even like chocolate cake!!!!
Trv-Wuss!  Lol  It's not the most pleasant thing to have done.  Yes, tomorrow is when we turn in our numbers. and weight.  Weigh yourself before you eat anything that way you have the best possible weight.  Heeeheee!  And yes, tomorrow counts towards the sweets so try to stay as honest as you can with any points you may lose tomorrow.  Ok?

I am so glad i worked out today!!  I feel sooooo much better!!   Then i ate dinner , which i did real good, but i have enuff left overs for a week, they give such huge portions!!  However i did have pasta i had blackened chicken alfredo YUMMMMMMMM, and 2 margarittas, so hopefully that doesnt hurt tomorrow, i only went over my calories by maybe 200, so nothing to cry about, cause it was gooooooood!!!

Have fun on ur vaation VK, we will miss ya!!!!  Sounds like a place we have here down the street, great wolf lodge, love it fun fun!!

Cant wait to see how well we do this week in weight loss, im so proud of everyone here!!!
The Dells has a Great Wolf Lodge too...it's down the street from the hotel we'll be in.  It's soooo expensive though.  I hope my number from yesterday holds!!!

I know this is really last minute, but I haven't really been checking up on them since I've been so busy this week. Oh yeah baby!!!  I actually went down another half pound from Thursday so I am at 232 this morning!!!  That's 3.5 down for this week.  Lots of irregular activity and calorie levels this week probably helped keep my body guessing.  Shoot...it kept me guessing!!  Lol  

Also, I lost 200 points this week so I'm at 1300 remaining for the week.  I don't plan on eating anything sugary today.  My alcoholic beverage(s) tonite at the party will likely be beer.  :) so no sweets there either.

Chris, isn't it scary that Nycolea posted the above post considering our conversation last night!?!?  Lol  
No loss this week :( Still at 220... but at least I didn't gain I guess!! I'm at 1300 points for the sugar challenge... 1200 if the Special K counts... I finally had to break down and have it to save myself from less healthy breakfast choices!!! I don't plan on having any sugar today... but I'll update if something comes up!!! Have a good weekend everyone!!!

hey! i'm around. i think i'm 209 but i'm going to double check tomorrow, that's why i hadn't posted it. I will check first thing in the morning and post it. as for the challenge, you can put me down for 1000 points, not too bad.

so what exactly is our challenge for next week?
