DON-Did u guys try the 100 calorie margarita? I have yet to try it, was wondering if it was good!! How was the salad?
Scales was back go 188 today....and i was real real bad today with food.....400 over my calories, so i hope that doesnt hurt me :(
I did have a good cardio day!!!!
JUDI-I have lifted what i have lost, it is amazing, my toddler weighs 34 pounds!!! Did u get your nordic track out?

hey everyone! sorry i've been so mia. work is seriously killing me. i don't htink i'll be getting a day off until like next weekend so i'm only going to get more exhausted. i've gone running 3 days this week, and swam today. adn i need a smaller wetsuit! woohoo! that made me happy. but i'm freakin dead right now. i honestly don't know how much more exercise i'll get in this week. 10 hour days kinda kill ya. keep up the good work everyone!

Chris...no we have yet to try the margaritas but the salad was yummy and I just used 1/2 of the dressing packet.
okay so does dancing count as cardio??? If so I can add two hours into my minutes. lol No gym for me this morning, shoot almost walked into work with the wristband on from last night. ha ha

Don - I would say that dancing would be cardio. I know you can really get a good workout dancing. When I was in my 20's I danced a lot and I kept thin (of course I played ball 3-4x/week too).
Chris - you have done SO good .... DON'T beat yourself up for those "once in a while". You'll get back up, dust yourself off and go MOW !! LOL

Ok... I'm gonna cry.... I just put a new battery in my scale cause it was being weird... and I gained 3lbs!!!!! That's so not fair!!!
why are you weighing yourself right now instead of in the morning? the stuff you eat will weigh diff amounts everyday
My sister tried it and it was weird so then I did.... it was a difference of 3lbs from battery to battery... not different times of the day. :(
oooo that's bizarre. i guess they are more sensitive when the battery is newer!
Ugh that's so depressing... and I don't know when it started to get wonky... guess I'll see what my weight is Sunday morning and hope I don't have to add 3lbs!!

hey everyone! a moment to breathe finally! going to be working again tomorrow, all OT though. i was down half a pound today, we'll see what tomorrow says. It was the first day all week that the scale said something lower than last week!hope you area ll still workin out!
Brandy...I'm so sorry to hear about your brother. I can't even imagine how that must feel like. {{hugs}}
I'm BAAAAACCCKKKKK!!! I had loads of fun, loads of exercise and loads of food. When I logged in all I ate, which I tried to be very conservative about and then logged my activities, half the time it seems I didn't eat enough to cover all the activity. BUT...when I weighed myself this afternoon (I know, bad time to weigh) I am up 5 pounds. I bet it's all the sodium filled foods. I fell asleep when we got home so I haven't made my calories for today nor have I been able to get in enough water to flush some of this out. :( That's alright, I was expecting it.
Chris, have you gotten some sleep yet???

Don...what are you doing to me bringing up Margaritas?? I love them. We were going to indulge in a couple last night for our last night of vaca...and what happened, the darn lounge was already closed for the night. Eh, I guess it wasn't meant to be. Lol How's your foot?

I wish I was able to count a lot of my activities toward the cardio but because most of the walking was leisurely, I don't think it counts. Too bad, I got in about 6 hours each day, plus lots of leisure swimming. I sent kt my lap minutes though. The pool got too crowded to do as much as I wanted. All is cool, I had a great time. Hmm, I wonder if climbing 5 flights of stairs 15 times to get to the top of some of the water slides count. Let me know Chris. :D I know my heart thought it was cardio!!! I was very happy that I wasn't too breathless by the end of each climb. That is a major plus for my ticker. So so very pleased with that improved capability!!! :)

well i got totally excited this morning b/c the scale said 207.4! I think it's mostly due to me drinking last night though (scale always gives me nice numbers the morning after drinking hehe) so I'm going to see what I'm at tomorrow and take the average of the 3 days. It was great to see that number! I am so close to being under 200 and I'm so excited!

I'm rakin in the big bucks at work this morning haha i wish. then after work i'm goin to the bike store w/ my dad to get more gear, then goin to my dinner w/ my parents, then off to my cousin's bbq. so a busy day for me! i'll be sending chris the minutes tomorrow morning so make sure you get them to me!

i'm still at 209. it's been jumpin around so i'm not entirely sure if that's right. it was 208.6 fri, 207.4 sat, then 209.6 todya. so i kinda averaged haha. i was really hoping for 208! but i'm going to ride into work today adn hopefully start doing that a few times a week so hopefully the muscle that i'm supposedly building will make the fat go away.
