Nope, no winner info yet. 
i think it will be a little longer to get hte winner info since we get until sunday to turn numbers in. i dont' remember when they were up last week. i haven't heard from chris so i hope she got the numbers i sent her.
D'oh...I was playing super granny while I was waiting around.  I swear it's such a cute game.

cant wait for tomorrow, not sure why i didnt lose nothing last week, well im sure i can figure out why, i had a FEW bad eating days, eating CRAP food late on thurs, fri, and sat....so im sure that was it sorry guys!!

thanks chris, darn you didn't catch my new weight! o well, that will just be extra weight lost next week! i am curious to see what our new challenge will be. I would have been able to do more cardio this past week if I wasn't working so much. o well, i'm going to try and cut back on that this week and give myself soem nights to relax for once!
Well, if we don't win this week that'll be alright...we rock as a team nonetheless, right!?!?!?  I wonder whose turn it is this week to pick a challenge.  Has anyone snooped around to see?

Anyway, I am hopin that our team did okay.. I had three people not report stats which may have hurt us... My working out twice a day may have helped!  Ya'll are awesome!
hey ash! yea you were def kickin up the cardio this week! i felt so bad that I didn't get as much in as i had hoped, but work was crazy and left me with zero time or energy. are you guys in charge of htis week's challenge?

Yes, this is our first not so good week, but it wasnt BAD either!!  i dont wanna come across as that, did I? 

I think we have an awesome team, and we all are kicking some serious butt, not just as a team, but in our personal weight loss journey, which in reality, aside from a competiotion is the goal!!  To win the battle of weight loss with ourselves!!

ha ha i mess up, i lost 1 pound, i was 189 last week!!  but nycolea has it right so as a team we lost

5.1 pounds

no chris it didn't come off mena or anything. we didn't do that great. i think a funk is falling on a lot of people. I know I'm kinda at the point where muscle is building so my weight isn't dropping as fast as i'd like but i know i'm losing fat. just a  crappy point for me. but i'm hoping that muscle will start blowin that fat away! i'm at almost 30 pounds lost! i still have another 45 to go though adn i hope to make that by next summer at the latest! that's less than a pound a week so I should be able to do that no problem. hopefully we can kick it up next weeka nd lose lots!
well that was my pont, here is how i look at it...THIS IS MY LAST SUMMER FAT!! 

if it comes off slow or fast, its the personal challenge within ourselves that we are winning!!!

Your right about a funk, i have been in one for a couple of weeks...but no more, monday is the straight and narrow for me!!  My bad eating days last week, imma count as PMS hehe, i havee been so so hungry!! 
Now these are some good vibrations!  Hey Ash, how's it going?! 

Alright, I'm in for a solid week too.  I stocked up on fresh produce and a good meat and some beans.  Bonus, there was a good sale on some turkey bologna and turkey salami.  Guess what I'm having for lunch??  Lol 
I'm sorry Kt...I almost forgot.  WOOHOO!!!  :)  You my dear are very close to your halfway mark.  Be proud.  And that's great that you're going to focus on building muscle to lose the fat.  I thought I read somewhere that there is a particular heart rate you need to get to to really get the most out of that.  I think it's on my treadmill manual.  I'll look if you like.  Aside from buying a heart monitor I don't see a very easy way to know your heart rate.  I always have a hard time picking up my pulse by putting my finger to my wrist or neck.

Week 10 Challenge:  Strength Training Challenge

For every minute of strength training (resistance on muscle groups) you will receive one point. 

The following is a list of exercises that fall into the Strength Training "okay" list:

Weight Training, Push-ups, crunchies, resistance bands, dumbell exercises, Machines at the gym, resistance on cardio machines at the gym, leg lifts, walking with weights, ect.

If you have questions about a certain exercise please ask! 
remember everyone: the challenge goes mon-sat. The challenge numbers need to be turned in sat night, sun morning at the very latest!

chris/val- i will be in frisco this weekend so I was hoping val could do numbers again this week. is that okay val?
YAY i like this challenge!!  Ok everyone, lets pick up some weights and get to pumpin!!  Alot of things follow "okay" under this challenge, i thik everyone will be able to do this challenge!!!

Hey everyone! Sorry I missed the weigh in... I thought it was Sunday night at first... then by the time I realized it was Saturday I couldn't get to a computer till an hour late for weigh in :(... I guess my cardio minutes don't count if I miss the weight in.... sorry guys!!!

We'll kick butt this week though... and I'll be sure to get my stuff in Saturday!!!!!!!!
