208.9 would of been our average...whew, so no it wouldn't of, flab killed us!!!  hehe

o i wish i would have caught that sheila! yea she got in 460 minutes, adn that was excluding 2 days! she did awesome!
Hi Everyone

I am back from Las Vegas. I am a little lighter in the pocket book, but had  a good time. The New York New York  was a cool hotel it had a roller coaster all the way around it. Lots of fun but, back to the gym. I am ready for the new challange. Sorry i was in vacation mode last week. You guys have all been busy it took me a long time to read all the logs. Hope all is well with everyone. Will talk to you soon.

well it is monday, new week, new challenge!!
Good morning ALL!!!  I'll take the minutes this week...no problem.  Chris, Kt, how do you two want to do this then?

WB Jess and Tess!  I was on vacation mode with you.  I had a blast too.

Gotta get back in work mode now and back on making this week count toward a nice loss.  Ooh, weights, crunches are great things to help tone my flab that is starting to wiggle from my losses so far. I have the dreaded swinging upper arms flab. 

Sheila, you kicked but with 460 minutes of cardio!  Great job!!!  Especially since that was your first "exercise" week with us. 
val, do you wnat to just have everyone send you their minutes? Some do it daily, some do it at the end of the week.

Glad you had fun in vegas Tess! I should hopefully be going there in November! I've never been so i can't wait!
OKAY this weeks challenge minutes private message them to VK, then she will give them to me either sat night or early sunday morning!!

Okey dokey.  I still have my spreadsheet from the last time I did it. 

So everyone, what are you planning on doing to get your minutes in?  I'm wondering if I put my treadmill on a high incline of that will count toward strength training.  If not, no biggie.  I still have my dumbells and crunches.  I can probably think of a lot of things to do resistance.  I'll resist too many sweets, I'll resist hounding hubby...ooohhh, wait...exercise...darn!  Lol
ive been resisting the urge to get up and excersise for the last hour does that count???  lol sorry had to add to val!!!

Not sure about incline on the treadmill, sed ash a message and ask her!!

I plan on lifting back to what i was, and lots of crunches, i may also add some weights when i do my gazelle, but not whe i am running, cause i have a hard enuff time there!!
it said resistance on cardio machines counted, so i think that's the way to get the minutes in. you can only do cruncehs for so long ya know!

I have 9 pounds (as of today) to lose for my august 17th goal, im getting nervous i wont hit my goal!!!!!  hOWEVER FOR THIS CHALLENGE, MY GOAL WAS 185....so 4 pounds from that...but my original goals i set up are more what i am striving for!!
Oh yea Chris...reset my clean eating date to yesterday 7/22.  I ate clean yesterday but I don't want to take credit for last week at all because even though I stayed in my calories because of my activities I feel guilty for the junk I ate...reset me!  It's probably the Catholic in me...always the guilt trip...Lol!!!

I'll send B a message about the treadmill.  It's supposed to be nice this week so I don't know how much advantage I'll take of it though.  And, I've been using my wrist weights while on it too so that might help it count.  I'll ask for just to have the info.
use those wrist weights in volleyball too, i would think that would count as well!!!

I've thought about doing that but I think it'll be hard to hit the ball with the wristband weights...that's the part of my arm that I hit the ball with.  I can just imagine not being able to coordinate which way the ball will fly.  Lol!!!

Lol...now if I didn't have cankles I could probably wrap those weights around my ankles while playing.  LMAO!!!

Im done!!  I will have to do more later, for weights and then i will email you my numbers : -)  taking a break before my yoga, ad tonight i will be ding my run walk, maybe i will just walk to add up some minutes with weights!!!

cant wait for yoga time!!  i find it so relaxing, and feel so good afterwards!!  I know it doesnt hae the same effects, its more of a sliming then fat loss workout!!  Maybe i said it wrong, not great on the scale, but good on the inches?  lol
