i just did my 2nd weight workout...not sure if i can do that twice a day for minutes guys, unless i lower my weights...i wonder if that would be ok on my body?? Cause that has to come first!!

ok i just asked ash if swimmin in a wetsuit would count since mine is too big so the arms fill with water and then i have to pullt ehm out of the water when i'm swimming. trust me, it really works the arms and shoulders. i kinda compared it to walking w/ weights. we'll see if that counts!
Good job Trv...you sound like you're lovin the SI6. I've seen a lot of forums referring to it.
Kt, that's my wonder med...Maxalt. I went through the same thing...tried lots of different kinds until I landed on this one. I don't/won't take a daily. I hate meds to begin with let alone to have to rely on a daily if I don't have to.

o i had to take the daily med to keep the headaches away. it was to the point where i basically had a constant headache. and i couldnt take the maxalt everyday so they finally found a med that worked. it allowed me to get through school and now i'm off of it. i hate being on a daily med but i had no choice. but boy do i love my maxalt! haha its a godsend

I found something I could DO !!! Sent my min to Val (not much, but I'm contributing !!)
Don't laugh now ..... I had bought this "Suzanne Summers Slimming "thingie" a few years ago (NOT the thigh master) and only used it a few times (I was a LOT larger and it seemed to hurt my back)... so I've been trying to sell it in my garage sales the last couple of years (after paying $200 you'd THINK 'someone' would buy it for $25!!) .... I hauled it in from the garage last nite and started using it !! It has bands you can add to make it work harder. I'm starting out with two bands .... felt like it was working my legs and arms real good. now I just have to increase my time :-)
We have a weight room at work also ... have to get one of the guys to take the larger weights off this leg press thing. Works great on the legs and back (I think)... we have some other things too, just finding the time to DO them while at work!!

So im going over there saturday and pickig thru all my old stuff, i know i have the body by jake, bun and thigh rocker, ad the abdoer, both of which i used to love, when i was skiny, but i am sure i have a dozon other things there too lol

ummmm not in my excersise room, i do in one of the LR i have downstairs, it just has the kids computer in it....but i am getting rid of my ab scissor, i never use that thing, i know it works, i just perfer the traditional way, sped 300 dolooars o the thing, and never use it lol nice huh?

yeah i perfer just head shots lol esp. when i was at 221, u can do things to look more slimming with the camera lol

Yeah, but you can really see some definition in those calf muscles! Impressive definition. :D You can see the changes. That is so great. How exciting to see it for yourself in pictures.
