| 1 1/2 | cups ice |
| 1/2 | cup water |

Recipe Directions for (HealthMaster) Janice's Top 6 Healthy Drink (All 4 servings)
- Add all ingredients in HealthMaster. Secure the lid. Turn the speed to 1 (low). Turn on hte machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until blended (8 min yields smooth texture but a warmer drink). Serve
- Note: Use the tamper as needed to assist in the blending process. (for hot drink or soup, replace ice and water for 2 cups water).
